Close to air port with free transportation.Posted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Quiet, clean and close to airport with free shuttle.
Location: Mostly fast foot places within walking distance
Facility slightly out dated and shows wear. It was close to airport with free shuttle which was a big plus given last hotel required shuttle for $20 or cab for $60. Front desk staff helpful and pleasant. Housekeeping so-so. Room clean for most part, but quite dark with strange layout. All-in-all served its purpose. Beds comfortable and room quiet.

Manager very disappointingPosted Feb 20, 2014
Pros: One lady who worked in the afternoon on the front desk.
Cons: They could get a new Manager.
Location: No restaurant and nothing to do.
We were given information that was very confusing. The staff told us that the shuttle was free to the mall. We asked them to tell us when the shuttle was there to take us to the mall and they said any minute now. After we got into the shuttle and got half way to the mall, he demanded $ 36.00 for the trip. When we complained to him, he said take it up with the hotel, they called him. The manager said it was our fault for taking the taxi they called (he would not admit they called them) and we should not have gotten into the taxi even though we were told by the staff to do so. It was our responsibility to negotiate a price. This is OK but as we were not told this, we felt very letdown. His attitude and the conversation soon fell apart and he to me that we should know better than to get into a taxi and his staff did not call them. After questioning others, they all said that the front desk people called them. Very disappointing and we will not stay at this hotel again.

Good ExperiencePosted Feb 12, 2014
Pros: We were very pleased with everything.
Cons: No suggestions.
Location: See first paragraph.
We needed a location close to Orlando airport as we had an early morning flight. The shuttle picked us up at airport after we dropped our rental car and returned us the following morning. We arrived at the hotel a couple of hours before check-in time. The lobby and surrounding grounds were very inviting making our wait to get into our room very pleasant. When our room became available the desk clerk sought us out to let us know our room was ready. There was also several restaurants within walking distance where we could have dinner. Although we didn't use it, the shuttle would have taken us within a three-mile radius of the hotel to eat or shop. The morning breakfast was also very good. We would definitely choose this location again. The price was very reasonable.

A Very Disappointing HotelPosted Feb 5, 2014
Pros: Nothing. This is the second sub standard Ramada hotel I've stayed in. I won't go back to Ramada.
Location: It was very close to the Orlando Airport in a park with a number of other hotels nearby, and shuttle service was satisfactory.
1. The room was poorly lighted. The dual lamp in between the two beds had a broken switch so that only one lamp would light. I called attention to this to the hotel staff. The man at the from desk was borderline surly. He did, however, promise to send someone to repair it. No one came. 2. The bathroom alcove sink had no hot water. What water there was barely flowed. 3. The bath tub had a mysterious ugly orange fluid in it. I opted not to shave or shower there but, rather to wait until I arrived at my final destination the next day.
