Close to the airport.

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Close proximity to the airport with a shuttle.
Cons: More help at the front desk during peak hours.
Location: All things Disney & Universal. Close to Space Center and shopping.
Great place to stay near the airport with a shuttle. Kept my car for a week without charge.

one night in April 2014

Pros: excellent staff, convenience to airport, free/prompt shuttle, very comfortable beds, nice d├ęcor, affordable term parking, pretty; clean hotel.
Cons: bath sink/toilet bad plumbing; no restaurant; no kitchen utensils; freezer?; TV Guide broken; no floor vending machines; need wall switch for BR lamps
Location: NA. Used hotel as overnighter after cross-country flight.
I booked this room for 2 reasons: an affordable place to leave my car while traveling to and in California from Florida; and secondly, one which offered free shuttle service. I found hassle free car check-in; shuttle arrived right away. So far very pleasant. Returning, found a soothing room and comfy bed after long cross country flights, again friendly, no hassle check-in. I would only say that there are inadequate amenities for weary travelers who are passing through and some basics were not available and if I had planned a longer stay, I would have either changed rooms or hotels.

Nice hotel close to the airport.

We had an overnight stay before our cruise departing the following day. The beds and comforters were very comfortable and contributed to a good nights sleep.after a day of travel. The breakfast self serve buffet was also much appreciated. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful .The room was clean. We received good value for the price.

Nice one-night hotel close to the airport

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: Convenience, price, amenities
We needed a one-night hotel close to the Orlando airport with a shuttle that would pick us up late at night. (The timing of our flight changed and we couldn't change our rental car reservation.) This one fit the bill nicely! Free shuttle (call when you're ready, otherwise the wait is longer), free breakfast included (not great, but it worked), and decent, clean rooms. The mattress was SUPER comfortable! They were a little too busy for one person to be handling all of the late-night check-ins as well as the convenience store purchases and other things, but the wait wasn't too bad. I'd recommend it for anyone who needs to be close to the airport and doesn't want to pay a lot.

An economical and enjoyable alternative

Posted Mar 25, 2014
Pros: The layout of the room, with a desk, dining area, kitchenette, and sleeping area was particularly homey and comfortable. It was exceptionally quiet.
Cons: Hot oatmeal and more fruit as breakfast options. A refrigerator with a temperature control.
Location: I would not stay in the area if the conference I was attending hadn't been so close. It's a high traffic area, so my exploration was limited.
I stayed here while attending a conference hosted by a more expensive hotel nearby. In nearly every respect it was a more pleasant experience than the host hotel where I've stayed in the past. There was fresh delicious coffee available in the lobby 24hours a day, the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, the airport shuttle was timely and efficient, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast could have used healthier options than sausage and eggs, and the in room refrigerator lacked a thermostat and froze my soymilk, but these were minor inconveniences.

Modest, but nothing to write home about

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: I liked the seperate mirror and sink area, seperate from the shower and toilet. People could be getting ready without taking up the bathroom.
Cons: The room seemed a bit dim. I think lightening of the decor would help.
Location: Excellent continential breakfast. Lots of choices [could use more fruit].
We needed a quick and easy hotel near Orlando airport. This Ramada offered swift shuttle to their location and the check in was easy and efficient. Room was modest [and perhaps in need to some cheering up] but comfortable.

Don't stay there

Posted Mar 23, 2014
Cons: Better training in customer service , I work in the travel industry and have never treated or seen a guest treated this way .
The hotel was overbooked and the only room offered was with 1 king bed. It would have been nice except we had reserved a suite with 2double beds . There were 3 adults and 3 children with us . The front desk staff was no help at all . After we checked in I heard them give another guest with one child a room with a sofa bed , when I questioned it she threatened to call the police . I will never stay at another Ramada again . They said they had no rollaway beds and could do nothing to help . When expedia tried to call them the staff took the phone off the hook and laid it on the desk .

Great place to rest your head for the night!

The beds in this hotel are much more comfortable than the resort we stayed at in Port Canaveral. And the Ramada was almost fifty dollars cheaper...per night. I would definitely book this hotel if I ever have the need to again.
