Hotel was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

There are tons of things within a few miles and this hotel is just a few minutes from Disney.

“Basic motel”

Room was clean but water pressure was low and not as warm as I would have liked. Bed cover had a hole on it. Non opening windows which I like to get fresh air at times. Reasonable room for the price and will use again.

“Simple hotel in a good location”

This hotel was about what I expected. Room was a bit run down but everything worked and was decently clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is very simple (cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and sugary packaged things), but at least it's free. Location is very handy - right next to lots of good restaurants (TGI Friday's, Olive Garden, IHOP) and within a 20 minute drive of the major theme parks. No hidden fees.

“Pleased with my selection”

I read reviews of dirty rooms, A/C failures and bedbugs and was concerned but learned that the negative comments were unfounded in my experience. The breakfast was okay but the Danish were the kind that never deteriorate and with lots of calories. I would stay again, it was priced low with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

“Location is good, hotel is not.”

Hotel is very old and is in need of immediate renovation. Leaking toilet, noisy fan, old airco, paint chipped shower, smelly/humid room, failing door locks, etc.

No other recommendations... Last year I spent a week in the Holiday Inn a couple of miles a way. Hotel was great compared to this one, but at a price...

“As we all know, you get what you pay for”

I've stayed here several times. It's not awful, and I've always known that you get what you pay for. My attitude is that for most trips, I need a bed, a shower, and sometimes a TV, and if I get that I'm happy. This stay was different, and I suspect that, like a lot of businesses, this location is facing hard economic times and they're cutting back on maintenance. My first night the phone wasn't working, which was only a problem for me because I wanted a wake-up call. Worse, though, is that I made a trip to the front desk to report it, and it went unrepaired for the four days was there. The morning I checked out i noticed a leak from the floor above in the bathroom. i reported this to the duty manager, but ... he didn't seem surprised, or in a hurry to have anyone look at it. A friend who stayed in another room for one night reported a strong smell of animal urine in her room. I still don't think this is an awful place to stay, but I'd say that, based on this stay, money has to be your first and maybe only consideration to stay here.

“"Are you kidding!?!"”

I hope that Expedia eventually takes this hotel off of their recommended lodging locations. It truly is substandard in all aspects. The rooms are less than desirable, as well as some of its clientele. The hotel is set back about a block from the main blvd, in a somewhat insecure area. The rooms smell and are dank and worn. The breakfast they offered consisted of mini-muffins and boxed cereals. I have booked my hotel stays with Expedia many times before, and have been very pleased. This stay was the one exception!
