About a 10 minute drive to Disney parks

Pros: They have a nice pool area for the kids
Cons: Better customer service
Location: Close to Disney Parks
I woke up late and they can't extend the check out time unless you could the management company that owns the unit. As a renter or as a guest booking the room thru Expedia. It makes the experience a little crazy when all you need is an extra hour.

Was not pleased at all with the resort and town home. Had a pest problem, carpets were filthy and place looked old and run down, very grungy. Also no life guards at the pool which had a water slide.

My children enjoyed it, they had a blast and made memories that they will keep with them for a lifetime. It's a beautiful location, wonderful pool and spa. Just all around amazing!

Didn't have enough appliances, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc. they expected us to buy all of that stuff. I don't want to worry about that on vacation. That's why I rent a condo. Disappointed

Pros: The pool area is large and would be nice if maintenance was done. Our unit was walking distance to the resort.
Cons: everything!
We booked a 2 bedroom villa which was more than the 3 bedroom. When we got there they tried to charge us an extra service fee above the cleaning fee and daily resort fee. They also have a pool towel fee. When I complained about this extra mystery fee they said oh sorry you already paid it. We ended up with a 3 bedroom and the check in staff said we were upgraded. How can I be upgraded into a cheaper room? We did not complain. The unit was very worn out. Carpet buckling, the paint wearing off the porcelain In the toilets, water stains on the ceiling and stains on the furniture. The tile floor was so sticky I had to wipe it down. Very basic things are in your unit. Very far cry from a hotel. The first day we wanted directions to an outlet mall and none of the staff at the desk could give me directions or tell me where we were on the map. There was only one staff member at the resort that was pleasant. The rest of the staff did not even say hello or smile when they walked by. All they do is tell you the rules constantly. Paying a resort fee on top of our stay and then towel fee is ridiculous. They also treat you like a child since you cannot enter the pool area without a paper band on your wrist. If you want to be nickel and dimed and end up paying a lot more than you thought this is the place for you. I like paying a

Pros: Pool area
Cons: Updating of the units looks like they haven't been updated in 10 yrs.
Location: Location is off the beaten path
Front desk and pool area are the only photos for good reason the units although spacious are outdated low end and worn ,certainly not luxury class. Also plan on the $65 cleaning fee even though units are not clean to begin with.

Find somewhere better

Pros: The pool area was nice that is it Front desk people were vary nice and helpfull
Cons: Service Manager education how to run a hotel Food was not that good
Location: The location was I guess OK It took awhile to get to the golf courses because of traffic it was heavy. There was nothing to do nearby
The rooms were just ok, only one bedroom had a TV. There were no patio chairs or table to sit out side to eat. The rooms were vary outdated, they had to repair the toilet, coffee pot did not work. The service was not vary good it took us 10 minutes to get a cup off coffee in the morning and we were the only people in the restaurant, and I might add the coffee was hardly drinkable. We got down to there make shift Tiki bar around 7 oclock and the manager closed it while we were sitting there There was a waitress that waited on us she was bringing drinks from the main bar. We ordered food from the bar that took over a hour to get to us and halve of the order never came, the reason the waitress told me the food was late is because there was a table of ten in the main restaurant. To me that should not matter it should not take one hour to get a sandwich. After not being vary nice to the waitress because of the wait time, The executive Chef which was a complete joke of a manager started arguing with us, telling us we had to leave for not being vary nice to the waitress and started yelling at us who was paying the bill, are response was if the food came hot and we got halve of it we would gladly pay for it, Maybe be if the waitress was good and they cared about there service she and are group would not of been in that situation, and I might add after the excutive chef renege on paying for the food we paid the full bill.

Fine location to Orlando's attractions

Welcoming staff on arrival, amenities close by for all groceries, restaurant and bar with great family pool area. Our townhouse well equipped and large enough to accommodate my family of four. All public areas within the grounds were kept clean and maintained. Did however leave a maintenance call with reception that was not dealt with or resolved during our stay. Overall very happy with our stay.
