This is a well run hotel and great location for those visiting SeaWorld. What I did not care for were the hidden resort And parking fee.

The hotel is nice but the rooms are very old and dated for the unreasonably high price! The balcony is extremely small, if a couple checks in the room, both ppl will not be able sit outside. I was just expecting a W hotel level room and was really disappointed that I paid so much for so little!

When you first walk in it smells amazing, staff is wonderful we were greeted every time we exited and came back. The rooms are very spacious, house keeping was awesome. Pricey but so worth it, my kids loved the outdoor areas and we could wall to SeaWorld all in all it was the best Spring break. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book here again.

This resort was very nice but the extra fee charged was crazy, at check in I paid for my stay full amount after my stay they tried to say I still owe them 200 something dollars after already taking 930$ off my bank card when addressing the situation staff acted clueless after checking out the management told me everything was fine but days later still try to take the 200 something off my card.

The hotel offers a pleasant experience for families, with numerous child-friendly activities. Most of the staff is remarkably friendly, although it might not be ideal for dog owners. Just a heads-up: if you've got dogs with you, the hotel might not allow leaving them alone in the room. The decision will be influenced by the front desk manager's level of tolerance. I observed that the night manager at the front desk wasn't particularly friendly, and her professionalism left something to be desired. El hotel ofrece una experiencia agradable para familias, con numerosas actividades para niños. La mayor parte del personal es muy amable, aunque puede que no sea ideal para dueños de perros. Sólo un aviso: si tienes perros contigo, es posible que el hotel no permita dejarlos solos en la habitación. La decisión estará influenciada por el nivel de tolerancia del gerente de recepción. Observé que la gerente nocturna de la recepción no era particularmente amigable y su poco profesionalismo dejaba mucho que desear.

Our favorite place to stay when visiting Sea World. My toddler loves the water park. The food by the pool and breakfast restaurant are both convenient and delicious!

What a joke. Resort fee, plus parking, plus Internet. The fees are a joke and service all around was slow for everything. Also the room service food looked like it was leftovers from a convention happening.

I loved this property! It was so much more than we expected. My son and I had a wonderful time. From the staff to all of the amenities it was perfect! Let me especially shout out the staff from the front desk, room service, by the pool, valet and the poolside bar had great customer service, they were very friendly and welcoming!
