Nice staff - clean comfortable spacious room

We arrived after 2 AM & were greeted promptly. Helpful staff. Good location near airport, dining, and downtown Orlando. Free breakfast was pretty good. Parking is tight when hotel is full.

Excellent in every way

Pros: Everything
Cons: Maybe the breakfast slightly.
Location: Location close to airport and great location for departing or arriving from cruises or the airport.
Beautiful place, very friendly & accomodating staff who seem to love their jobs and want to please you in every way. I did not even ask for an upgrade and they just happily gave us one because they had it available. The food for breakfast the typical breakfast you would find when its included in your stay ( a bit more than continental with some hot items). Would definately come and stay here again and recommend

Like Home Away from Home

Pros: Very quiet
Cons: The mattress on the bed was sunken in the middle.
Location: I was able to Google and find restaurants close to the hotel.
Hotel staff were very accommodating from the people at the front desk to the personnel in the kitchen. Room was cleaned and bed made before 10:00 A.M.

Close to airport

Pros: Location.
Cons: Stop people from talking loudly in the halls between 12 and 6am
The location of the hotel was perfect because my daughter had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room accommodated all three of us nicely. My wife told me that she was awakened by someone's loud talking outside our room at 2:30 am. Don't you have policies that prohibit people from loud talking in the outside halls? Or, you need to provide better sound proofing in your rooms.

Nice Hotel close to the airport

Pros: Close to the airport and just in the expressway to Port Canaveral to take my cruise
Cons: Not that I recall at this time
Location: Really close lots of dining options, Denny's, Tony Roma's, Cracker Barrel, Pharmacies, Grocerie Stores, etc.
it's a great hotel close to the airport (3 min drive). The hotel looks brand new, the staff is very friendly and the room was great. We stayed in a 1 King Bed and the room had a full kitchen, sofa bed and great size. The bed was the best, pillows, comforter all the bedding was great. Definitely will stay there again.

Good size room but could have been cleaner

The room was a nice size 2 bed 2 bath plus living room and kitchen. Every thing recently remodeled but could have been cleaned better when we got in there were food crumbs and salt on the counter an empty water bottle in the bedroom floor. It gave the impression the room was cleaned in a hurry. There are quite a few chain restaurants close by.
