This hotel is about customer service and reputation. We were so happy to be able to get a room and be comfortable on our vacation. Loved our experience.

Quiet hotel and comfortablePosted Mar 10, 2014
Pros: Size of the suites. Pool, hot tub, and transportation to Disney World.
Cons: Transportation to all Parks
Location: Only about 15 minutes to Epcot by bus, 5 minutes to Sea World by car.
Enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub. Clean rooms, comfortable, quiet. Appreciated the transportation to Epcot and the free Continental breakfast. Enjoyed having my whole family together in a suite rather than 3 separate rooms. Service was fast and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

Pros: Great breakfast, beautiful pool and outside area, food avail for after hours, even if they did run out of Klondyke bars..lol
Cons: Keep the Klondyke bars stocked....lol lol
Everyone was very helpful, the breakfast was great with lots of selection. After hours or at time I did not want to go out, food items were available that I could easily fix in my room, which was really a life safer. Staff was so helpful and pleasant. Great experience.

Residence Inn Orlando Lake Buena VistaPosted Jan 28, 2014
Pros: The location was great. The room was spacious. Kitchen
Cons: Beds are uncomfortable, but that's a personal thing. I like harder beds.
Location: Disney, Universal, Sea World. Great location.
The hotel staff and location were fantastic. We were about 15 minutes from Disney's Wide World of Sports and about 15 minutes from Universal Studios, so if you're going to both parks, this is a fantastic location. We flew in on a Friday and landed about 9:30 AM, got to the hotel about 10:45-11. On a whim, we went by our hotel to see if we could check in, even though it was several hours before the official check-in time. We had rented a 2 bedroom (I was travelling with a girlfriend and our 3 daughters for a gymnastics meet) and they checked us right in!! It was great! We'd been up since 3 AM to get to Orlando and having a place to chill out was FANTASTIC. Jake, at the main desk was great! He was super friendly and gave us a great recommendation for delivery Chinese on Friday night. I'd also called ahead of our reservation and spoke to him to see what our chances were for an early check-in and he made sure I knew his name and said to swing by and say hi. It was a nice touch! :) The rooms are great! The "master" has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 queens. The kitchen was adequate. We didn't cook there, but could have there's a full-size oven and range. We ordered in and went out to eat. But we had room in our full-size refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker (BONUS!!) for all our leftovers. The only bad thing about the room was the mattresses. They were too soft. I've noticed this at other Marriott hotels.

Comfy beds; great pillows!Posted Jan 21, 2014
Pros: Very comfortable beds and good pillows.
Cons: Need more luggage carts in the elevator areas. Seriously, there can't be more than 3-4 for the entire hotel! Also, the walls are a little thin.
Location: Basically, it's in easy striking distance of All Things Disney, and easy to reach NAVC conference because it's only one exit away on Interstate 4.
The only negative here is the lack of adequate bellhop carts. People tend to hoard them, and there's never one when you need it. But the rooms are clean, and the beds are among the most comfortable I've ever used in a hotel. FINALLY, a comfortable hotel pillow that doesn't break your neck! I didn't think they existed. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great experience from check-in to departure. Great front desk staff, enough food for breakfast and convenient schedule.

Very Good. I know that Front desk person is working with other customers. But, he would have been more courteous with his guests.
