I think we did drugs.
The resort fee is bull spit. My reservation was for a non smoking room. The moment we walked in, we might as well have slept in the mouths of one of the Olsen twins. Nothing but the stench of cigarette smell to punch you in the face. When I asked front desk for a new room, I was told there was nothing available. Lucky for us we made our 2 day reservation a month in advance or we would have had to sleep elsewhere. We only used the room for the three S's. Also, I think we got high on our last night, because our neighbors hot boxed. My daughter has never slept better than that second night. So, thanks? You're not staying at a resort, so the fee is pointless. Continental breakfast serves eggs, toast, and Fake-on. You read that right. It's not real bacon, it's plastic.

Run Away!
This place was so filthy. The restaurant attached made us want to shower afterward, but not in those showers! The bed was so awful that I almost fell off due to the bounce when my daughter rolled over.

Cheap but will do in a pinch
The room was clean enough except for the stains on the walls and I would not take my shoes off to walk on the worn out carpet. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in and the morning I went to check out the front office was closed, at 8am. The parking lot was filthy and the entire place was dated and worn down.

It’s cheap for a reason
You get what you pay for. The most upsetting part is the “resort fee” I’m not sure what that resort fee pays for, but it isn’t for an exterminator or housekeeper. Location is great. Bring your own towels and sheets and shower shoes

Worst experience ever
biggest mistake EVER! Don’t even bother wasting your money. This place is horrible! lobby looked nice but the rooms are disgusting! When we went to our room we tried to take the elevator but the inside flooring looked unsafe so we opted for the stairs. When we got to our room we realized the door was broken (looked like it had been broken into) if u touched the door you could move it a couple inches and keys didn’t work. Ok, Go tell the lady, she gives us a new room. We go up to the 3rd floor for this one and up there they have the fire exstinguishers in glass boxes ,and when walking by u can see glass was broken on them. Key works, we opened the door and was greeted with the worst smell in the world. Smelled wet and moldy you felt like You couldn’t breathe. Look up and sure enough the ceiling is bowed and stained. Went back to lobby and said we couldn’t stay. No refund. Apparently they were experiencing a “glitch” this place is a health hazard and is unsafe

The hotel stay was the worst. When we 1st arrived there was no one in front desk for most of the time. After going to our room our key didn't work. We called front desk from our phone they never pickup. We walked to the front again so they can reset. This happened to our key for all 5 days we were staying here. Our room phone was dead. The TV in The room kept getting picture frozen images on it. The carpeted floor was moldy and smelled horrible. Cigarettes buds littered the whole hotel resort. The pool access area was open and easy access to public even the bums would come by.. very unsafe. We found out from locals that the hotel was closing down in a month...

The staff were very short with the visitors, the building was in disrepair, bugs were found in our room, the photos used on the travel sute are very outdated and misleading, and the liat goes on. I will never stay here again.

The most disturbing thing was the front desk staff. They were using foul language, not greeting guest, and attentive. Positive points: AC worked great in room & clean sheets. We decided we would not recommend for future stays.

Was all good till a roach crawled on the bed. Not a palmetto...but a dirty german roach. Had to sleep with the lights on after that. Also, when maids knock they don’t understand when you yell not to disturb, and open the door anyway!

You get what you pay for!
Never has the term 'You get what you pay for!' been more accurate. We checked in around 10pm, there was 1 receptionist and a line of 5 guests in front of us. He seemed a bit tired, irritated and flustered which is completely understandable if you're the only staff at reception attending to dozens of guests with many different needs. The elevator to our room is falling apart and has no carpet, you could literally see the wood floor. We get to our room and it's a dump. Dirty carpets, sheets and weird lighting everywhere. To top it all off it smelled like someone had sprayed a whole bottle of Roach Spray in the room just before you went in. It was difficult and painful to breath. The complimentary breakfast in the morning literally had eggs and toast and Tang orange juice. We skipped it and couldn't wait to be on our way! Never again!!!

Very nice area near old town. Not like pictures on site. Water fountain in front not working and ugly. Check in person very nice. Room key didnt work had to go many times to front desk. Room headboards fell. Chair broken. Beds didnt have comforters. Lack in towels. Room was not pretty. Sink outside of bathroom. No microwave no fridge. Very outdated. No working phone. Manager is a joke he didnt care about our complaints and maintenance no better.

Beware - read this first
Tub knobs stripped. Could not use shower or tub, no water. Didn’t realize till nex morning showers. Went to Orlando to visit 2 parks. Was told had to come back at normal check in. So we had to cut our visit short to ensure we had our second night in a paid for room. Went through hotels.com. Received no compensation for loosing half a day at universal and the hassle of the whole stay at that hotel. Never again.

Worst hotel in Orlando
Super dirty, I think they never clean , mini shampoos pinchers they left one for two persons daily I had to go to the lobby because their phone NEVER worked, never hoy fixed reported since day one, full of ants my clothes have ants and I just got home. Robert the supervisor super rude. I left yesterday and I asked him for 2 towels he asked me to get them I told him I didnt work for them and he never sent the towels to my room. Shuttles always late and full one time they asked us to sit on the floor. Awful hotel dont spend there your money with them the people at the restaurant also rude they cook the eggs one way only and toss them on a dish so they are cold if you arrive they pick one of those and give them yo you AWFUL SERVICE THEY WORK FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES FOR THEIR CONVENIENCE NOT FOR PEOPLE'S CONVENIENCE

When we were given our new room there was no remote for our television. We had to walk back to Main Lobby since no one will answer hotel front desk phone. They were working right next to phone but would not answer. We requested a remote for the room that never showed.

OMG!!!! By FAR THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Full of Government refugees. The laundry room floor is crawling with little cockroaches!!!! AMAZINGLY ENOUGH THO my room and bed were clean and comfortable. Never saw a bug up there. The pool is great and so is the hot tub. Working girls in the parking area and lobby. Crack dealers running amuck. Had to stay 3 of 7 days due to pre pay policy. Leaving ASAP in the AM. It is shameful how the government houses it's refugees. Those poor souls.

I travel solo a lot, i always read reviews, i flew in late,this place was cheap. I figured itd provide me with some people watching entertainment value as I stood on the balcony and enjoyed my beer. I saw numerous people show up to check-in look at their room turn around and leave, the rooms are dirty dated there are people that live at the hotel like the review say I did not see any bugs in my room, although I did have the same problem I've seen on the reviews where the hotel check me into a room I carried all my luggage up to the third level only to find someone else was already in that room and take care everything back down go back up to the front desk and get a different room. If you're Solo Traveler looking for a cheap place it's fine if you're a family I didn't see anything bad going on per say.. but it's not a very clean place, only one ice machine worked, which was a quarter mile walk it seemed,it was raining so i think the wandering of people was cut down, i may have seen a hooker or two, nobody bothered me. Expedia should have a "slumming it" section for people who dont care and just want a room

Disappointing Hotel Stay at Roomba Inn
When I arrived it looked very run down, not like in the photo. Some of the attached businesses had been shut down a long time ago. Some of the staff were helpful others were not. They offered shuttles but they took you in the middle of the day and not in the morning. Room was clean but the tv would get almost 3-D like and become fuzzy every evening after 7 or so and of course my phone would never find the wifi to be able to connect to. Also the phone in my room was broken so I could never use it to call the front desk. Not that they ever answered when i used my personal phone to call them to find out information. Overall a pretty bad stay but if you can deal with crappy service not the worst place to be.
