Nice hotel with reasonable sized rooms.

Posted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: You come straight down in the elevator and you are right at the heart of the hotel, the pool, the spa were both very good.
Cons: The R C is not alone on this but I hate not being able to open a room window, yes there's air con(noisy) but sometimes you just want some fresh air
Location: Good location on I drive with countless things to do
Arrived late and had no problem checking in.I have stayed in many Orlando hotels and the Rosen Centre was as satisfactory as any especially for the money. Air conditioning was a bit noisy and I prefer a room with an opening window. Business centre was poor with no ability to use an air printer.

Posted Jan 11, 2015
Pros: clean, quiet, staff was not intrusive...very friendly...always warm hello, good morning, etc.
Cons: doing great by my standards
Location: right in the center, near convention center, on the mainn street (international) near the other (universal0
my daughter was with a dance group that performed at the citrus bowl. she stayed in a room with 2/3 of her firends from her dance group...they were on the 3rd floor i stayed seperately...my room was to be on the 24th floor, when i pointed out that i wanted to be closer... no problem, i ended up on the 5the floor which made supervision much easier. staff was always responsive...great place to stay,,, i had never heard of the Rosen group but it will be my target place for future stays in orlando

Nice hotel in central location

Posted Jan 8, 2015
We stayed at the Rosen Center between Christmas and New Year's Day and we had a great stay. The hotel was quite busy as there was a few conventions and private events but the staff was always helpful and courtious. We were given a room with two double beds that was quite comfortable but we asked if their were rooms with a king bed available since my husband is quite tall and we were switched rooms a couple of days later. The second room was also very nice. The hotel offers a big parking garage, a nice pool and hot tub area and there are many restaurants near by. Our only issue was with the AC unit. The system seems quite old and it appears as though the unit is not always connected to the electronic thermostat. It took us a while to figure out how to change the temperature. When we callee the front desk about it, they told us they were going to send someone over but they never came by. We eventually found the control panel. Our only

Handy hotel for both Universal and Disney

Posted Jan 4, 2015
My friend and I stayed here over Christmas and New Year. It was a good location as we did not hire a car but the bus stop was immediately outside the hotel. Lovely room and great facilities.

Beautiful looking hotel; parking should be include

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: The pool
Cons: Less expensive, or free, parking.
Location: A lot to do on International Drive, close to Universal.
The hotel, rooms, pool, restaurants and store are all very nice and convenient. It's too bad they charge $20 per day to valet park your car or $15 per day to self park. The cleaning staff did not clean the room until 4 p.m. daily, except for our checkout day, they were knocking at 9 a.m. It is also nice that the pool is open late.

family fun

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: it had everything and the bus stop was right in front.
Cons: maybe explain the bus system. We rode around on a bus and came right back to the hotel. it was an adventure. The bus didn't take us where we wanted.
Location: everything was close but not in the thick of things which we loved.
my brother and I took my 87 year old WW2 vet to Fla for a family vacation. My dad loved the hotel. Easy for him to find his way around. We will stay there again for sure.

Very clean! Would definitely return!

The room we were assigned was gorgeous! It appeared renovated with neutral colours in the foyer and bathroom. I believe we were in the junior suite as there was a seating area and an enormous desk! The beds were high and very comfortable! Staff was also pleasant! I used the gym facility which was extra, but I didn't mind as the equipment was fairly new and well-maintained.
