I recently stayed at the Rosen Centre hotel and had a disappointing experience. The manager, Daniel M., treated me as if I was unimportant and showed no concern when I brought up an issue with the valet service.
However, Daniel dismissively responded by saying that no one else has ever complained. This condescending attitude was completely uncalled for and left me feeling unheard and unimportant as a guest. It was only when I spoke to the valet manager that my concerns were taken seriously and the situation was rectified to the best of their ability.
Based solely on the staff's behavior and treatment that I received, I cannot recommend the Rosen Centre hotel. It is important for a hotel to prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of its guests, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations.
