“Cheaper Parking”
The only thing i would change would be to have cheaper parking... it was $10 a day which i thought was a little high
“Wrong weekend to stay at nice hotel.”
The hotel was nice, but we stayed on a weekend when there was a Bethune Cookman Convention. Unfortunately, hotel staff was unable to keep the crowd's noise level below a roar. When we called the front desk because the noise level was keeping us up after midnight, they promised to send security. Security did arrive, but only 45 min later. We were disappointed. Unfortunately we pre-booked another room which we cannot back out of. I hope it is a better stay.
“Rosen Centre on I-drive”
After staying in a resort while on vacation to Orlando for eight nights, my boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to stay another day in Orlando, because there is just so much to do. So, not wanting to spend a whole lot of money, and hoping to get closer to Orlando after enduring the traffic going back and forth to Kissimmee everyday for over a week, I decided to take a gamble and go with and unpublished rate hotel in the Seaworld area of Orlando. I booked this room at a significant discount through Expedia Unpublished Rates. I got a fantastic bargain, at about 80% off of the listed nightly rate. After checking in in the lobby, you have a choice of valet parking for fifteen dollars per day, or self parking for ten dollars for the length of stay. I chose to self park, which required us to walk from the parking garage all the way back through the hotel to get to the lobby to take the elevator to get to our floor. The hotel itself is enormous, with with several ballrooms, multiple restaurants, and a couple of bars on the first floor. The room I stayed in had two double beds, both of which had very firm mattresses. The bathroom was small. Everything was immaculately clean. Room service was available if that is your thing. Having said all of that, I would never pay full price to stay in this hotel. It is more for a business traveler with an expense account than for a typical tourist who wants to get out and see the city.
“Excellent experience”
Good location, several restaurants at afforable price.
“excellent”
Very nice, would deffin.ently stay again
“Will stay when returning to Orlando.......”
Hotel is easily found located in an upscale location. Check in service was quick and courteous. Facility had a eatery open even at midnight when I arrived. My room was clean and comfortable with a quiet HVAC system. I would stay at this location again....For the price paid it was an incredible value. Thank you Expedia...
“Front Desk Staff need replacing”
Hotel itself is nice enough - parking garage is a long (10 minute) walk from the front desk. Bell staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Snack bar OK, pastries a bit tough though but shop was well stocked. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. They have no clue what they are doing and were not professional at all. Front desk also has no idea how to set up hotel internet- If you get a reduced or free internet offer from Expedia, you have to call the hotel IT service to get it enabled. This took 3 phone calls and visits to front desk to figure out. Room cleaning was OK, but glasses were washed/replaced on a random basis.
“Rosen Centre”
Very please with this hotel. Nice room with a good view (15th floor). Great restaurant and convenience store. Would definitely go back!
“Nice location, Hotel looks beautiful but not impressed with Service”
The hotel was really nice very good located. The room was average the service terrible. The maid did not clean the room very good, we order additional towels they came 1 hr later. When we asked for a Bell man never came by. Parking is far from the room. It is located a short drive from Universal Studios and Disney right at the International Blvd very convenient.
“Very Close to the Convention Center”
I was traveling for business, and the ability to park and leave my car at the hotel and walk to the Convention Center. This saved me money on parking, and lots of aggravation. The restaurants in the hotel were great as well. I ate there every day.
