We had a wonderful time!! Girl time with my daughter and her best friend and my best friend! Great restaurants, very polite staff and of course Starbucks coffee!! Bonus

Pros: Very clean hotel/resort. Quiet and the staff is very accommodating. The on-site restaurants and creamery are a plus.
Location: I was in-town for the convention. This resort was 5 minutes from the convention center as well as the I-Drive where there are several dining choices.
Upon my arrival, well after the 3:00 check-in time I was informed my room was not ready yet. My room was upgraded without any additional cost. I appreciated the effort that was taken to accommodate my stay, and will definitely return should my travels bring me back to Central Florida

This property is a very large hotel with several pools and places to dine. My wife and I enjoyed our short stay very much.

Great hotel overall. Lush landscaping, refreshing pool, elegant Spanish/Caribbean resort atmosphere…can’t ask for more! We were lucky to receive a great view above the pool and golf course….it was perfect and definitely set the mode for our little one’s spring break vacation. I love the little extras at this property like the market, pool bar/grill, and many restaurants and little shops. You honestly don’t have the leave the property if you don’t want to. Some complain about the size, but valet is available at a great price-$20 and if you self-park-$16 there is a golf cart shuttle available as well. The best quality about this property is the location….far enough from the craziness of I-drive when you want to relax, but only a 7-10 min drive when you’re ready to play and dine. The only thing I was disappointed with was that they don’t offer slippers… hopefully in the future, but definitely not a deal breaker. I’m already planning to return next month if my schedule allows.

Pros: the located right in the hotel
Cons: need to improve the game room coin changer ripped you off also the games would freeze up in the middle of your game loose all your credits
Location: went to sleuths mystery theater awesome night

Pros: Offers everything you would need. The pool side food and service is excellent....best hamburgers!

The front desk had serious issues. Sold out weekend, eventhough we had reserved a king room, we were "upgraded" to a hospitality suite upon check-in. Well, "upgraded" was a loose term as our room was literally a hospitality suite with a queen Murphy bed. The room was never meant to be a guest room...but they overbooked and shoved is in here...needless to say... AWFUL. Three room changes later we finally made it to our king room(after several stories of how they were sold out, etc., etc.). Not sure why it took three visits to the front desk and a call to management to get it right, but it did..thanks to Charlton (manager). The front desk was screwing up all over the place...but always fixed by Charlton. Other than the front desk/checkin problems, the hotel was very nice. Even after a terrible first impression (checkin) we would stay here again, thanks to Charlton's hard work trying to make everything right.
