“More than it looks”

We were a little leery of the "motel-like" appearance but were pleasantly surprised! The Kid Suites were PERFECT for the kids. It created a total separate area in the room for the kids with their own TV and 3 beds (Bunk beds and a twin). The kids loved it and so did we! The pool was heated which was a plus in March. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

“Seralago family hotel”

The hotel was perfect for our recent vacation. We didn't spend alot of time in the room, which wasn't spacious, but we really appreciated the 'Fort Holiday' separate sleeping area for the kids, who thought it was fun. The pool and hot tub were nice for a more relaxing day. The bathroom was just ok, but we did get plenty of fresh towels every day. Customer service at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

“Better than expected.”

I wasn't expecting much for the price and the hotel does look like it's been there a few decades but it's surprisingly well maintained. The room I had was very clean and comfortable with an air conditioner that worked a little too well (and I think that's a good thing.) No complaints with the staff. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel's close proximity to Disney and I-4 was especially attractive. Don't be concerned about any noise from the mini amusement park (Fun Spot I believe it's called) located a few hundred feet from the hotel. What little noise that did come from there was barely audible in the parking lot and not at all in the room so it was a non-issue. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Central Florida on a tight budget like I was on this trip.

Chose this hotel due to best price and was very satisfied. Was not luxurious, but who would spend all day in a room anyway. Very satisfactory, would use again.

“Great place to stay close to everything!”

The hotel was great, just as we read before we left! This is a great place to stay close enough to everything Disney, Seaworld, International Drive, Etc. We would stay again or recommend to anyone else, we even had to extend our stay due to snow at home and we kept our room an extra night no trouble!

“Very Comfortable!”

Great customer service! When we arrived our room overlooked the parking lot and was at the far end of the hotel. This was not the room we booked and explained to the front desk staff. We were told since it was July 4th week they were booked up, but on a second look did find a GREAT ROOM which overlooked the pool in the main part of the hotel. The service was excellent. I know I cannot add any names, but I could not have been happier. Great View, Great Service, Great Location. Also within WALKING distance of Old Towne! We had a wonderful time.

“Awesome hotel for the kids!!”

My boyfriend and I took our 3 children to this hotel on a Saturday night stay. We were going to Epcot the next day and didn't want to drive over from Clearwater, FL in the morning. We were very impressed by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids LOVED the room. The bunk beds in the separate kids quarters were wonderful!! There is a convenient store in the hotel lobby and full bar for the big kids to enjoy!! The drive to Epcot the next morning only took 15 minutes.

“Excellent value.”

Hotel was very nice. Pools and spa's were great. Rooms were clean. Only issue was a bathroom light that would flicker on and off. Felt safe as there was always security people present. Would reccommend this hotel.
