Nice clean hotel, great location!Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: The hotel was always kept clean. It was comfortable. Water was restocked in our room daily. Location is good. Pool area is great! Staff are great!
Cons: A few upgrades would make this a luxury hotel. It would help to have a shuttle run to Kennedy Space Center from the hotel.
Location: It is a short shuttle run to most shopping centers and theme parks. Restaurants and Pirate Cove mini golf are within walking distance for most people.
Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by Kenzo, who is really outgoing and friendly. We really appreciated the upgrade to a room with a balcony! It made our stay more enjoyable. We did some shopping and visited Epcot, taking advantage of the complimentary shuttle from the hotel. Thanks Kiara for your help with the shuttles! Epcot was very enjoyable, especially the world showcase. Everyone should go there if they can. We went to Kennedy Space Center and spent a day there. I enjoyed the robot exhibit, the bus tour and seeing space shuttle Atlantis. We spent some time exploring the area near the hotel and relaxing by the pool. There are many good restaurants nearby, such as the Black Angus steak house, Sizzlers and IHOP.

Hotel is not 4 star rated as shown on the sitePosted Sep 5, 2014
Pros: The bed and bedding and the hotel pool area which they keep showing pictures off more than anything else.
Cons: The management and also the housekeeping.
Location: In a good location.
The housekeeping let us down on more than one occasion. The resort fee is a con and not all hotels in the area charge such a fee. The beds and bedding was comfortable. The hotel staff were told about my issues and didn't do anything until I got back home or made a difference the night before I was leaving/checking out.

Nice hotel near Walt Disney WorldPosted Aug 23, 2014
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Close to a lot of affordable restaurants if you don't want to eat at the resort. Free shuttle to all of the 4 theme parks of Walt Disney World is a big advantage. Only a 30 minutes walk to Downtown Disney.

Worst stay ever, Never Again.Posted Aug 16, 2014
Booked 2 rooms for 10 Nights, requested adjacent or same floor, they put my kids on a different floor. Elevators were always out of service and had to go through a night mare using the one working elevator with all hotel guests and staff. Air condition tooooo loud and leaking on carpet, they had to get a shopVac to dry carpet every othr day. Poor cleaning staff, always short on toiletries.

Decent Hotel Close to DisneyPosted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: Close to Disney parks and downtown Disney, large room, decent price.
Cons: Less noisey a/c units, shuttles to Universal parks, elevators with going up and going down buttons, Quite pool area for adults without kids.
Location: Premium Outlet Mall, Downtown Disney, Disney World Parks, lots of restaurants
Overall the hotel was good given the price. The standard room we got had a lot of living space which may have been better used to make the washroom larger. The washroom was small and the sink was outside the actual washroom. We had a street view room that overlooked the pizza hut on Pine Parkway and the noise from outside wasn't bad, although pretty much all noise was drowned out by the extremely loud a/c unit. The pool area is nice, but it does seem to be a very family oriented hotel so there are a lot of young kids running around and splashing in the pool, so if you're looking for a place to relax by the pool you may want to look elsewhere. For the most part the cleaning staff was good, although they didn't replenish the "complementary" coffee and water a couple times and given the ~$20 a night resort fee to pay for these things it is annoying to have to ask for them. Also during our stay one of the elevators was broken and the other was under maintenance often. It's only a 6 story hotel so taking the stairs isn't bad, but there was no sign or any information letting the guests know the elevators were out so people ended up just standing around waiting until they got fed up and took the stairs, a simple sign would have gone a long way. The hotel does provide a shuttle to the Disney resorts but you'll have to find your own way to any Universal resorts. The hotel also uses private cabs so expect to pay more if you use the cab service through the valet

They were working on a room underneath our room and it became very loud early in the morning. We had to leave hotel because of the Noise. It was a great hotel other than that.
