Resort experience in Disney springs Great hotel! Amazing amenities and resort pool. Close to Disney springs so you can walk over. Busses to the parks. Comfortable room. Couldn't ask for more! Only negative was that I got woken up from an excited child next door to us because her voice was so loud but it's Disney!

You can rest easy knowing that many of these hotels provide most of what you need for a great vacation. Moreover, you'll be welcomed by a clean and always very comfortable room. However, it’s not all about the kids when it comes to resorts in Orlando. You’ll also discover lodging with adult-only pool areas, championship golf courses, and nightclubs, too. Several of the luxury resorts even feature some of the best spas in the area, complete with body therapies, facials, massages, and salon services.

When you’re searching for Orlando resort deals, look no further than our selection right here to find one that suits all your preferences and price range.

Best and Worst Times to Visit Orlando

If you’re not a fan of crowds, avoid visiting Orlando when schools break for vacation. Families often travel to this amusement park mecca when the kids are out of school, which means spring and summer break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas can be especially busy times in this city.

Along with the tourists, summer brings humid weather, temperatures in the 90s F, and higher prices. Summertime also welcomes an increase in rainfall. Storms often roll in during the afternoon, but they usually clear up within a few hours. Florida’s hurricane season lasts from June to November. Even though Orlando isn’t on the coast, hurricanes and tropical storms can still affect the city.

For cooler temperatures in the 70s F, consider visiting between January and April or September and December. While you may need to pack a light jacket during these times, you’ll receive lower rates and won’t have to deal with the crowds.

Things to Do

There’s no shortage of thrill rides and entertainment in Orlando. You’ll find the House of Mouse and various other theme parks, such as Universal Studio Florida® and LEGOLAND® Florida Resort. These parks aren’t just for children, though. During your Orlando visit, get dizzy on the spinning rides, bask on man-made beaches, and scream at the top of your lungs on the rollercoasters. Discover The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ at Universal’s Islands of Adventure®, and hang out with the world’s most famous mouse and his crew.

After reeling from all the thrill rides, take a break at one of the many museums in town. Check out the masterpieces at Orlando Museum of Art, marvel at the Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition, and tour Leu Gardens and Leu House Museum. From the Orlando Science Center to the nearby Kennedy Space Center, there are plenty of exhibits to strike your fancy. Then after gallivanting around the city all day, rest up at one of the best Orlando resorts in town.

About Resorts

The beauty of staying at a resort is that you have everything you want and need right at your fingertips. Resorts generally provide the usual hotel amenities, such as fitness rooms, business centers, and Wi-Fi access, but many of them offer additional services, too.

Some of these resorts include nightclubs and golf courses, while others boast spa services and game rooms. To top it all off, you may even find an assortment of all-inclusive resorts. This type of lodging bundles your meals and activities into the price of the room. All inclusives sometimes offer nightly entertainment, all-you-can buffets, and watersport rentals at no additional charge. Sort through our vast selection of lodging to find a resort matching all your vacation desires.
