Good location and comfortable but needs renovation

Posted Apr 21, 2014
Pros: Location, free parking and wifi, kitchen in the room and fair breakfast.
Cons: Renovate room (carpets, furniture and TV). Use better quality soap and replenish kitchenware and food quicker during breakfast hours.
Location: Lots of restaurants and some grocery/drug stores. Gas stations and stores as well.
The hotel is well located and there are lots of dining options around the area, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies. However, you will need a car to go to Disney and Universal parks. The suite is comfortable but it strongly needs renovation. Furniture is old and they still have tube TVs, and the carpet and sofas looked dirty. The soap and shampoo are just terrible (you need to take yours). Breakfast is good, however the restaurant is always crowded no matter what time you go, and the staff take a long time to replenish kitchenware and food. We made one special request to have one extra sheet but they didn't attended it. One day the cleaning staff took our used towels and didn't replaced with new ones. We stayed on the third floor and it was very silent even though the room was just in front of the elevator. We were able to find parking spots every day which is free and located all around the building. Free wifi worked pretty well. They even do a happy hour time in which they give some free beverages and hot dogs, but we didn't participate as it was during the time we were in the parks.

Room linen and breakfast room.

Posted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: Convenience.
Cons: As commented above.
Location: Great location, easy to get around.
During our 5 night stay, bed linen was only changed once. No tea bags were replenished aside from the 2 original upon check-in. We had to get our own bath soap as those given were harsh and do not serve its cleaning purpose. Breakfast selections were poor. The shuttle driver to Sea World was unfriendly and was on his cell phone all the way.

Convenient location in Orlando

Posted Apr 18, 2014
Liked the hotel and layout and staff. The carpet was a little dingy and stained, but the rest of the place was clean and the kitchen and eating area was nice. Wish there had been more dishes and silverware, and that housekeeping would have replenished the coffee and dishwasher detergent every day. Other than that, a good place to stay, especially with young kids.

Pleasant surprise. . .

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: 1) Refrigerator in the room, 2) complimentary ice bags (as opposed to an ice machine), 3) great breakfast, 4) nice snacks and drinks in the evening
I booked this hotel because I was attending a three day meeting in the Orlando area, and was not expecting any particularly luxurious encounter. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable the stay was. The staff was accommodating, and the facility was well maintained. The wi-fi worked perfectly. I will certainly try to stay again at this facility in my next stay in Orlando.

Rooms

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Breakfast, pool, and staff.
Cons: Matresses
Both queen beds and sofa bed were uncomfortable. Queen bed mattresses were broken down that when two people slept in them that we would slide toward the middle. Felt like sleepimg in a taco!

Good location, friendly staff ,average facilities

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: The staff stood out and nothing was too much trouble.
Cons: Upgrade of rooms needed and better organisation for busy periods at breakfast.
Location: The location is at the back of I Drive opposite a Bowling Alley.
We stayed here 2 years ago and at that time renovations to upgrade the rooms were starting so we were excited to see the new refurbishment of the hotel! Unfortunately this had only covered one bedroom in the hotel! The staff are lovely and very obliging but the downside for us was overcrowding some mornings at breakfast, they were quick to act on our recommendation of an overflow room but did not supply trays to take food and drinks to other area which was a pain. The hotel has a good location but is in need of a facelift inside to bring it up to date.

Rooms are nice but outdated and smelled kinda musty . I kept sneezing whenever I stepped into the room.

Comfortable Hotel, close to shopping, Dining and a

Posted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: Was fairly quiet, and was close to everything we needed.
Cons: could use some updating, did not get maid service one of the days, got home late and didn't bother to call for service, let them know the next day.
Location: Restaraunts, Bowling, shopping, amusement park, waterslides, tourist info, Seaworld, Wet N Wild, titanic Experience, Ripleys close by. Quiet location.
Hotel was as advertised, good kitchen and layout, a little dated. Nice pool and hot tub, can get busy and crowded. Posted hours signs outside different than at the desk. Gym facility was very basic. Included breakfast was ok, and changed a little each day, could sit indoors or out, nice to eat and have coffee outside near the pool. A good value for what you get, didn't have time to really use the kitchen.
