“Very nice for the family”

All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very nice, clean and well maintained. The kids liked that they could watch a cartoon while we had on the news in the other room.The free breakfast every morning helps get the day off to a great start. Lot's of variety. Eggs and a meat, 4 different cereals, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels, donuts, and muffins every day to choose from. Juice, coffee, milk, tea and soft drinks. Something for everyone. I would recommend this place to anyone I knew that was going to the Orlando area. We would stay there again!

“great location, but......”

We stayed here for a week in a 2bedroom , 2bath condo. There were 7 of us and the room was spacious and having 2 bathrooms was great. But... housekeeping did not clean right. Floors in the bathroom were swept but not washed, and they did not vacuum at all. I called the front desk and complained twice. They finally vacuumed on our 5th day there, but not great. My 2 yr. old pulled the curtains out of the ceiling( they were not attached to the wall), maintainence came right away to put them back up, he also asked if anything else needed fixing, he replaced a light bulb and batteries to a clock. They vacuumed the floor in the middle of the room but not around the edges of the room. We also had a main floor room, not recommended, we killed many bugs , and my daughter found a roach in her shoe. main floor rooms should be cleaned better! They also did not clean our room till after 4pm. Otherwise it was great breakfast (lots of variety, but same food everyday), great location, everything is walking distance or 5minute drive, disney entrance 10 minutes away! Airport 25 minutes. Pool was great, nothing fancy, but had to ask front desk to bring clean towels twice. This is a great location hotel with no frills. Ask for a second or third floor room (no elevators) and specify to housekeeping what you need done. Full kitchen was great, but one of our burners did not work nor did the light above the stove. All in all we would stay there again because of the location. f

“Wonderful Spot for Family”

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all the kids. We enjoyed breakfast and the location was convienent to all the parks. The children enjoyed the pool and the laundry helped cut down on work when we got home. We would stay here again.

“Nice "condo style" in very good location”

This hotel was a great choice for myself and my family. We had a two bedroom suite that was comfortable, clean and very convenient to both Disney and Universal. Only complaint was that on last night a "party" had started in courtyard and hotel security didnt seem to notice or do anything about it until i called about an hour after I noticed it. However, once i called, at about 430am, they addressed situation quickly.

We loved this place. Very nice, clean, friendly staff, convenient to all parks and restaurants, great for families with small children, my kids loved the pool. Would absolutely recommend to others and cant wait to go back. Thank you

“"Nice for family"”

Stayed at a Staybridge Suite in New York and washers and dryers did not require money. Laundry was free to use as needed. Otherwise, very nice. If you are but a couple minutes late for the shuttle bus to Disney Theme Park, that is provided by the Hotel, you will be left behind. When the time is given, that is pretty much chiseled in stone.

“It was ok.”

The hotel was in a good location and looked nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were some bug issues because the door to your room is on the outside of the room. And the rooms weren't too clean (i.e. if you look behind the couch there is a lot of dust). The rooms are also old and probably due for an update. Overall I would say the hotel is ok. I wouldn't go back unless I was on an extremely tight budget.

“Very Clean”

Stayed here the week before Irene hit the east coast, had to cut a day off of our stay, staff very accomodating. I stayed with my husband, mother, and our 2 teenage boys. We had a 2 bedroom suite, that was plenty of space, everyone had their own bed, and the little kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of pillows. When we needed towels, they were brought immediately. Rooms must have been remodeled, carpet looked new. The pool was never crowded, very warm in August.Towels were provided. I did use the laundry room, which was very clean, washers and dryers $1.75 each, worked well. The breakfast was good for families,waffle iron and oatmeal, eggs, bacon, toast, donuts,a big money and time saver. There are plates and plasticware you can bring to your room if you want to eat there, great for sleepy teenagers. Close to all parks, and has shopping and restaurants very close.I would stay there again, definitely recommend to friends.
