Adequate for what we needed.

Posted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: The cost was low
Cons: We think the kitchen should have at least two pots, one for frying, and one for boiling, and washing and cleaning towels to facilitate clean up.
Location: Location for fine for our needs. One generally needs a car to get around in Florida.
We were looking for a place where we could cook our own meals, since we are vegan, and restaurants catering to vegans, and relatively rare. As far as a place to stay, we found that were comfortable, and the beds were adequate, but we were disappointed in the kitchen facilities. There were 2 dinner plates, bowls, and small plates, and utensils but only one cooking pan (frying pan), and no pot to boil things. The stove was only two electric elements. There was no toaster or oven, and no towels and wash cloths for cleaning up after a meal. The refrigerator, was unplugged when we arrived, but once plugged in worked fine. We have stayed in places before with kitchen facilities, and they were much better equiped, so for a short term stay, we could not justify purchasing items to equip the kitchen.

Good price and adequate.

Posted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: The price and proximity to my seminar.
The first room smelled funny and the staff gave us another room which was much better. Although the first room was non-smoking, there were rooms down the hall with trash cans that had cigarette butts. The staff was also helpful by letting my husband stay in the room a bit later since I was at a seminar.

Carpet is dirty and the uncomfortable thing is that they dont even change the towels daily as the house keeping is once in a week even though the rent that was paid is 70$ daily. The most irritating part is walking on carpet .

A friendly place to stay.....

The hotel was great to stay at. The new AGM is working hard at cleaning up the place and she is doing a great job. The rooms are clean and very comfortable to stay, there is plenty of privacy, and it is a great location. My gratitude to Jennifer and Joanne for making our stay the best!!

was i evicted?

Posted Dec 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
This must be where Orlandos recently evicted go to stay. There were groups of "tenants" on the walkways in the room chairs smoking and leering at everyone. People dragging boxes throughout the night. The elevator had a nice BO scent to boot.

Cheap, but dirty

Posted Dec 22, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, cheap price.
Cons: Cleanliness!
The room was so cheap, it was what I needed. But I booked a non-smoking room and when I walked in, it smelt so bad I had to step back out. I went to the store to get air fresheners and had to keep the door and window open for hours. I'm not even sure it was smoke, it was almost smoke mixed with mildew. The smell never got any better no matter how long I aired it out. And the blankets were pretty disgusting.
