There was a roach I had to kill in the room, and when i brought it up to management, they told me I brought it in! Also, they came into our room multiple times without consent while we were in the bed trying to sleep. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND PISSED OFF.

We were unable to stay at this property due to us not being able to get hold of anyone to speak to about check-in. We even tried telephoning and emailing but received no response and so had to book an alternative hotel last minute at our cost.

I don't like nothing about Wyndham. In our first sight we feel unsafe, the doors are stuck. We couldn't even open it and we asked for refund. They didn't give us any partial payment that we made. Their spaces were under renovations. Bref, that's false advertising and marketing for their establishment. I would like to get some of my money since i didn't even spend one nights.

Property was dirty. Everything was broken, TV, microwave, lamps, and the furniture was old and broken. They wouldn't even move my room when I clearly saw other rooms available, I said I didn't mind waiting for another room to be cleaned and the attendant said nothing else was available, which was a lie because the housekeeping cleaning rooms next to mine said they were available.

Terrible.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Front desk attendant was rude, when we originally checked into our room, the door would not lock, and the low battery fire alarm was going off. When we asked to change rooms, attendant seemed annoyed. When he finally gave us a second room, there were roaches and mold all over the room. We immediately checked out and left. Never again will I stay in a super 8 after this experiencel.

All ice machines broken, and they have made no effort to get them fixed. Floors dirty, when you take your shoes off and walk on the floor the bottom of your feet is black.

Worst experience ever
Overall terrible would never go back and I definitely would never recommend first I book it months in advance on my credit card when we get there my deposit isn’t on file but yet they held the room I booked so I never got my original deposit. Secondly there was mold in the bathroom and roachs in the bathroom and all over the fridge was completely disgusting so we asked for a refund and stayed at a different hotel.

The property area was in the perfect spot from Disney and universal, but it had roaches everywhere. The WiFi never worked and the number they told us to call would never answer. The workers were nice and generous and did everything they could to help.

Never again. Buyer beware!
The rooms look NOTHING like they’re pictured upon booking. The property overall is rundown and in disrepair. Our room was dirty and had little to no towels and toiletries. Advertised with pool and breakfast, had neither. Wyndham can, and needs to do better.

The room had a lot of wear and tear, including partially damaged furniture and uncaulked bathroom. Additionally, there were many many small insects which made it difficult to feel comfortable sleeping or eating in the unit.

Found a roach in the microwave and a few on the bathroom floor. Signing onto WiFi was a pain and wasn’t very good. Only had 2 towels in room, no wash clothes or hand towels. Went to ask for some and had to use translater on phone to communicate. Best thing was the hot water and a/c.

While I was there I noticed that there were roaches in the bathroom. I took pictures of multiple roaches. Most of them were around the shower/tub. The room had not been dusted in a long time as there was layers of dust on top of surfaces and big cob web hanging from the ceiling. Went to make coffee the first day and the coffee pot did not work. They did however replace it very quickly. The staff here were very friendly everytime I walked by one they always said hello. The only complaint I had was the cleanliness.

Worst hotel needs some serious tlc.
Black mold in the shower, key cards to enter room barely work every time I left I had to get a new one, microwave doesn’t work, no iron or ironing board, desk and furniture falling apart, window curtains had holes in them letting sun light in, ac unit falling apart could not cool enough the room !

I was in Orlando for a weekend music fest. Quick and easy check in and 24 hour front desk was great. The room was good. Only bad part was the tv didn’t work, or at least the remote.

Great cheap place ive stayed here before and this time my only problem was the tub in the bathroom was very beat up and really needs fixing up because there was a hole that was badly patched up and i had a put a towel down to insure i didnt cut myself. But other than that it was fine.

This was my 2nd time staying here, I know how the place is and yes it is in need of reservations and dusty but in the end it is worth if you just staying the night to sleep nothing else. It is cheap and the frontdesk is super helpful and nice. This is why I always want to come back.

You get what you pay for. Rooms were clean but bathroom could certainly use some love. Recommend bringing snacks and drinks for your stay. Nowhere to purchase anything at the motel. I asked but was told they only serve water. I did see 2 vending machines but both were out of order. Place was fine for a quick stay.

The place is a dump figured it was a Wyndham couldn’t be that bad you definitely get what you pay for. Worn furniture, toilet seat has seen better days as well as the shower definitely not what you would expect from a Wyndham brand.
