This is a great hotel to stay at right next to downtown Disney. I've stayed here many times and never had a problem with this hotel. Great for kids pools open late love the place.

Pros: Proximity to parks, ability to self park with price included
Cons: Wait time for check -in. They really need to update card readers. I heard several guests having difficulty
I chose this hotel because of proximity to parks, and low rate. There was an additional $24.74 plus tax/night resort fee---it included self parking and wireless (which worked great). This was a little more than the online quote of $21.95 for the resort fee. Check in took awhile because of a line. My card reader on the door had a dead battery, so I had to go back down to the desk to get into my room, and they had to change the battery. The room was not super clean---I had a two-year old with me, and wiped everything down. The sheets/pillow cases had some black marks on them. It was nice to have a small refrigerator, but the one in my room was frozen up. Water pressure was great, and water was instantly hot at sink and shower. The shower curtain was really annoying as it blew in on me while showering. There was not an easy way to get into the hotel from self parking with a stroller---I had to walk across the main entry drive and around the circle drive because of limited sidewalk access. Entering through convention center required an escalator to reach lobby level.

We attempted to schedule appointments at the spa, however they never picked up our calls or called back. We were told they closed early and this happened everyday. The restaurant was closed the entire time we were there. They only had the bar open. It wasn't very clean. They said that because it was a slow week they closed most facilities early. The pool bar closes very early as well. We didn't at all feel like we were at a spa and resort. This is the first time I've taken out time to write a review only because I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone looking for an Orlando resort or spa experience.

Mediocre hotel, close to Downtown Disney

The front desk staff was very friendly but rooms were old and not very comfortable. Bring your own toiletries because the hotel provided items are horrid. Our towels were stained and the room felt dirty and extremely dated. The restaurant is over-priced and underwhelming. That said, there is a free shuttle service to disney parks and a 24 hr pool to relax in after a day of park hopping. It is also an easy walk to downtown Disney.

Location: IT'S NICE LOCATION. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR VACATION..
THEY NEVER CHANGE MY BED SHEET FOR 4 DAY AND THE PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS FULL SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOU FOR VALET PARKING FOR 21.00 DOLLAR A DAY...

Great Experience

Cons: Need USB outlets. TV channels were fuzzy.
The hotel and pool areas were beautiful. Especially liked the bus services to Disney theme parks!

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Great view, close to the attractions we came to see.
Cons: The staff in the small snack shop were quite rude, but it was the only damper on an otherwise nice experience..
Location: Located in the Disney area, so we were able to get shuttle buses easily and walk to the Disney shopping area.
The hotel is very clean, rooms are very comfortable. We enjoyed the whirlpool and pool area. The staff in the bar/restaurant were very nice and considerate.

Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping staff went out of their way to help calm my distraught grandson after he was stung by a wasp outside the building.
