Room was clean, staff was friendly and the proximity to Disney was perfect. Definitely recommend The Buena Vista Palace

Overall it was a nice hotel but nothing out of the ordinary you're definitely paying for the location and nothing else. Room size was alright I really enjoyed the balcony though.

Nice hotel close to Disney

Pros: View was amazing. Requests given were honored (high floor). Staff was friendly.
Cons: Housekeeping could use improvement. Bathroom had hair from prior guest on the floor. One of the two beds was missing a fitted sheet.
Location: Location was great. Could walk to downtown Disney and avoid all the traffic. Drive to Disney was quick.
Check-in was easy and quick. Room had already been assigned prior to arrival.

In the heart of Downtown Disney

Pros: Loved their valet service!
Cons: better overall upkeep and certainly better estaurants
Location: There is plenty to do near by. I mean it is in downtown Disney! Food, Shopping, entertainment
I first want to say that we have stayed here before and loved it hence the reason we returned for this Disney adventure. Second the valet staff is Great! they were always attentive and asking if we needed directions when we left and asking how our day was on return. The rooms are clean but, need a little upkeep; small things like major cobwebs on the balcony and the handle to the balcony was broken off which made it harder to open and close the door to view the fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom. Plus when we opened the mini fridge in the room the previous guests items were still in the fridge half drank sodas and gatorade. As for their food choices we decided to try their 180 sports bar and grill. I have to say that was one of the worse "sports" bar and grill I have seen. old/outdated tv's, nasty old carpet and old video games seen in an arcade. On top of the "dated" decor we stood at the entrance for 20+ min until a server said it was seat yourself and there was no place to sit. I finally cleaned a table myself on their second level and then when someone came around i told them i had to clean the table myself and they looked at me like so? and? their was no apology just i will be right with you. We waited again for 20 minutes and no one ever returned we left. Never to try their restaurants again during this trip. Again great location but, needs a facelift in the rooms.

Bang for your buck if you aren't a cleanfreak

Pros: Cheap and really friendly
Cons: The floors in my room were dirty. Pillow covers were a plastic type material that were really loud
Location: Kitty corner to downtown Disney World. No driving required
Seconds after walking in the door I scratched my head in confusion looking for the front desk. After finding the "back desk" I was greeted by a very very friendly staff who quickly got me checked in. The buildings triangular floor plan was very unique and amazing but i was prone to get lost without my map. My room had beautiful view with a balcony overlooking the lake. The price was lower witch was nice for once, but i was hit with a $24 a night extra fee and a dirty room floor.

Nice hotel, clean rooms

Hotel stay was nice. The pools were very nice. I would definitely recommend not eating there, the service was very slow and the food was in adequate. Do yourself a favor and make the trip out of the hotel to eat somewhere else.

The Best thing that it's right across from Downtown Disney. We went to parks turn the day, and at night went to Downtown Disney!!!!!!!!

The out side of the hotel and Valet parking makes it look Fancier then the hotel really is. When we got up to our room it smelt like mold and we had issues with the walls being so thin bc we could hear our neighbors all night. Furniture was pretty banged up in the room, vending machines only take coins, the hotel does not allow food delivery places to come inside the hotel so if you order out you have to meet them where you would catch a shuttle which is a FAR walk from rooms. The did however let us have a late checkout which was nice. Don't think I will be staying here again
