worst hotel ive stayed at in a long timePosted Sep 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a very low end hotel decorated in a modern style. Everything is worn out and low quality. My room was dirty. Actually dirty. I could see dirt and mold in the shower. My toilet didn't flush and because I got in late (very little staff and desk not staffed 24 hours a day) I did not have anyone to tell. So. My toilet didn't flush. Seriously this is a 50.00 a night motel quality. Just because the style of the hotel is modern, its not quality. Think super low end Ikea for furniture. I was extremely uncomfortable in the room and could not wait to leave. Staring at the obvious layers of dust on the fan above the bed was not comforting. Its like a bad European hostel. Awful.i left a note that my room was dirty and toilet didn't work at front desk... No one was there to check me out at 8am... And no one contacted me to apologize.

A Cozy Inn With Excellent Sightseeing NearbyPosted Sep 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
The bed was comfortable,.and overall the accomodations were good. The shower stall tile was, however, due for cleaning. Two chairs instead of one would have added to the comfort and convenience of the room. The innkeepers were courteous and helpful, and the nearby park and resturant added to the pleasure of ny stay.

A quiet place to stayPosted Sep 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Close to downtown, but this is rather a spa club than a hotel. Limited room service, rooms close to road.

Nice quiet placePosted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
We liked the contemporary styling of the hotel. Very quaint and within walking distance of a couple of nice eateries as well as the beautiful park. We would stay there again.

Reasonable and QuaintPosted Aug 15, 2013
Pros: Because of the smaller size of the facility the personal experience as well as the atmosphere and location
Cons: Nothing in particular
Location: Fine local restaurants and convenient to Lake Eola park
This was a business trip and needed a reasonable place to stay near downtown office and this was a perfect small clean comfortable lodging facility

Not in your usual location but it was nice to stay across from A great park. Being so close to downtown, I could walk everywhere . Having Panera downstairs was awesome .
