This is a great place if you are staying downtown and don't want to drive!! Close to everything. Danniella helped me with places to go and eat, it was a very busy that weekend in Orlando!! Our romm was well appointed and had a nice balcony, we'll be back!! Thanks.

Nice quiet placePosted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
We liked the contemporary styling of the hotel. Very quaint and within walking distance of a couple of nice eateries as well as the beautiful park. We would stay there again.

Reasonable and QuaintPosted Aug 15, 2013
Pros: Because of the smaller size of the facility the personal experience as well as the atmosphere and location
Cons: Nothing in particular
Location: Fine local restaurants and convenient to Lake Eola park
This was a business trip and needed a reasonable place to stay near downtown office and this was a perfect small clean comfortable lodging facility

Not in your usual location but it was nice to stay across from A great park. Being so close to downtown, I could walk everywhere . Having Panera downstairs was awesome .

Great location, hard to sleepPosted Aug 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
Eo Inn is a nice boutique hotel in a great location, across the street from its namesake, Lake Eola and near other central Orlando highlights. It is blessedly outside the attractions zone. It has no food facilities but Panera's occupies the first floor of the building. Unfortunately, we found sleeping difficult for several reasons. The rooms have individual air conditioners instead of central air conditioning, so the noisy unit blows cold air on you all night. It is designed to only bring in outside air rather than allowing an option to recycle interior air, so when it is not blowing cold air, it is blowing warm, humid air, which means it has to blow more cold air to compensate. We had a front-facing room, so we heard buses and cars through the large single-pane windows. (The rear facing rooms, which also have balconies, would be quieter.) Some time early Saturday morning, the lawn maintenance crew began rearranging the pavement with a leaf blower, apparently unaware that they were employed by a hotel.
