“Good hotel for the money”
Very good value and comfortable room for the money, the only thing is that they offer a continental breakfast, which is not good.
“NO LIKET THE HOTEL”
THE PERSONAL IN FRONT DESK IS NOT FRENDLY, AND THE BED IS NOT BETTER. THE HOTEL NEED PERSON SPEEK SPANISH OR BILINGUAL.
“Very old & run down”
On arriving at the hotel we were shown to a room and I was shocked to see BOTH top covers on the bed were ripped, I told the desk clerk this was not good enough and they moved us to another room, that also had a ripped cover (which I had changed next day) I went down to desk the following morning and gave them a list of things that needed fixing. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, no trashcan, torn bed covers, no coffee cups, I got the trashcan & cups but the fan was never repaired and no one informed me that they had even looked at it, drapes in the room would not close & I had to hold them together with a hairclip, there was no iron or ironing board and only 4 hangers in the closet for a room with 2 queen beds, no phone in room, old shower curtain and housekeeping never emptied & washed the coffee pot when they cleaned the room. Breakfast was in the LOBBY and only seated about 10 people. Location was near everything but this hotel needs a serious refurbishment.
“Basic but Great Price”
We don't spent a lot of time in the room so we don't like to pay for all the bells and whistles. Basic room, great location, great price. Small pool but never many people in it. If you want pampering, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a clean, convenient place to stay inexpensively, this hotel should fit the bill.
“THE MOST UN-COMFORTABLE BED ON EARTH!!!!”
In addition to the beds being sooooooo uncomfortable, the safe didn't work. I chose this hotel over another because they offer a room safe. We didn't want to carry our purses, phones, etc thru the parks, nor did we want to leave them in our car, so figured the safe was a perfect solution. When I couldnt' get it to lock, I called the front desk and they said "we don't have a maintenance guy here right now, you'll have to wait till tomorrow". Well, tomorrow is when Im going to the parks, so that didn't not help me one bit!!!! Also, we stayed in a 1st floor room. EVERY step that was taken on the floor above us, either in the hallway or in the room above, sounded like a stampede of elephants was passing thru. I jokingly said that all the animals from Animal Kingdom must be staying in the hotel too. The young lady at the desk when we checked in was very sweet though, so that's a plus. It's not the Ritz, but then again, we're not paying for the Ritz either. I can't even say you get what you pay for......cuz I paid for a room with a safe BUT didn't get one. ps the maintenance guy DID fix (changed the battery) the safe the next day. Of course I only realized that when I returned from the parks, where I left our valuables in the car all day. It is a roof over your head, but not much else.
“GREAT STAY AT A GREAT RATE!”
The hotel was very close to main attractions and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were great.
“Great location.”
.
“Mediocre Hotel”
Room was okay, beds were too squeaky and the a/c was really old and cannot maintain proper room temperature. Had to set a/c at 65 degrees to have it stay cool in room, but it got freezing cold middle of the night and had to turn it off. The breakfast was a joke, nothing continental about it.
“Ok hotel”
This hotel was conveniently located, close to main attractions. Its definitely in need of an upgrade, the entire room was outdated. The staff wasn't very friendly, they weren't welcoming when we first arrived, the woman who checked us in was on the phone the whole time and didn't even say "hello". Whenever we were coming in or going out, the staff never acknowledged us, not even a smile. If you're going to be out a lot and just need a place to sleep, it's fine. If you're looking for a modern hotel and good customer service, look elsewhere.
“CLean, easy access to restaurants and parks”
Room was clean and we forgot something in the room and it was returned to us.
