3 to a bed please!Posted Mar 3, 2014
Cons: CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN
Location: Too far from Disney parks took 20-30 minutes each way depending on traffic.
Rented a king Suite with a pullout for our niece and when we opened the pullout it was disgusting! It was after midnight as we had just returned from WDW, so we ended up sleeping 3 to a bed. Will not rent here again.

This hotel is near everything.Posted Feb 10, 2014
Pros: I like the breakfast, and the location.
Cons: The air conditioned not operate very well
Location: Location is near everything. Things to do is the shoppings, places to eat, and go to Orlando via Apoka Vineland and then Int.Drive to Orlando easy
We like the brakfast, because of the waffles, coffee and juice. And the room is wide, like an apartment. Only the bed is not so confortable.
The worst experience of my lifePosted Feb 2, 2014
The hotel is dirty, old and smelly. The pillows are old and uncomfortable. The air conditioner stinks and they probably never cleaned the carpe. No internet even if you want to pay. I had to ask in the front desk for more toilet paper. The shower heats and cools suddenly. I didn't feel safe.

Nice older resort with friendly, helpful staffPosted Jan 19, 2014
Pros: Staff, landscaped grounds, exotic birds, activities.
Cons: Update the rooms with newer appliances, more attractive bed linens and thicker towels.
Location: Close enough to Disney, outlets, Universal, but well out of the traffic jam zone. Near tons of chain restaurants, stores, Publix.
I have stayed at this place twice because it is inexpensive and the people are nice. This is a very basic resort, really just like a nicely landscaped motel with large rooms. Set on a small lake, exotic birds and peacocks wander around the property. The hotel staff was marvelous and helpful. They showed us three rooms to find one that suited us. They never got snarky or impatient and stressed they wanted us to be happy with the room choice. Towels are small, not fluffy but not threadbare either. The rooms are very basic, clean, have kitchenette with older appliances. Our fridge did not close very well, the vent for the AC rattled and on the first day we did not have hot water. The nice thing was that they sent maintenence to us immediately. We had one bedroom with living room with sofa bed. Sofa bed not too comfy but the kingsized bed was great but basic sheets, a bedspread. No fancy duvet. The plus is they have fun goofy games at the pool, a tiny poolside tiki bar and the other guests were friendly. I like this place and will probably return. There are way posher places to stay, but I will take the price and the friendly, low key vibe over something fancy.

The room looked run down, the couch with sleeper sofa was so disgusting that I was glad that we didn't have to use it. We knew this because the mattress from inside the sofa was in the middle of the room when we arrived. The tv had to be turned on manually, there was no WiFi, and the bedspread was very old and yucky looking. They took a $50 deposit that has still not been returned to me and its been 2.5 days. They claimed it would be returned in 12 hours and that they had WiFi. The neighborhood was scary. There was no ice machine. Stay away!
