“Great location & service”

Staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. Property is conveniently located close to shopping, groceries, Disney, Universal, etc... & yet is tucked away from the bustle. Pool, hot tub clean and warm. Continental breakfast was excellent. Upgrade to villas well worth the extra fee. Would definitely stay again.

Given the package and having read all the reviews, I was nervous to see our hotel. Everything was just fine, no bugs, no dirt as described in other reviews. Very friendly service. It was a pleasure to see people from all parts of the country at breakfast time. The breakfast was the same thing every morning, but still a variety. It is important for folks to know that there are two seperate hotels. So, my experience is from a suite stay in the villas. This hotel is advertised to be a mile from the resorts, but in reality it seemed much further. The shuttle service was much to be desired, we had to wait long past the scheduled time, and the bus was very smelly and old, but hey, it was not an additional fee to worry about and it got us to and from the parks. Pool, fitness center and hot tub were all great. I would definitly come back

“Better than I expected”

I could write a bunch of nice things but everybody judges things based on their own perception. I loved the hotel, nothing to complain about. Everything was wonderful. It is not a five star hotel but it fit our family perfectly.

Thsi was the most enjoyable trip I have been on in years due to the stay at Plams villas in dec 2007. We plan on coming back next year if possible

“Need space?”

Although we were initially disappointed that we could not check in any earlier than the posted time, once we did get our room it certainly met our needs and expectations. There was plenty of space for our 3 teenagers, my husband, and I to spread out in our 1 bedroom suite. The bathroom was very spacious as was the living area. Having a mini kitchen makes a world of difference too!

When you visit Disney, this hotel is the best place to stay. Even though I went in winter time, I enjoyed the outdoor pool with warm and heated beth. Grreat to stay because it is only two miles away from Disney inlocal way.
