Pros: Close to Disney propery; shopping; and restaurants.
Cons: Air conditioning; refrigerator; number of linens and dinnerware for the max number (10) of guests .
This is two story townhome. Bldg 3, Unit 108. The air temperature when we arrived was hot cause the requirement is to keep thermostat at 80 degrees when you leave and it's not adjusted until the person renting it changes it upon arrival. Then renter can only adjust it between 75-80 degree and use ceiling fans without being charged a fee. This unit needs a separate air conditioning unit for the second floor. The refrigerator was on a low temperature upon arrival and the next morning the items in the frig were still warm. Again if renter changes temperature a fee would be charged. The mattresses in this unit need to be changed. Every time we moved it made a loud voice and were hard as a rock; couldn't get a good nights sleep.

Great family placePosted May 13, 2012
Tremendous place, stayed in the 4 bedroom and was pleased beyond expectation. Jacuzzi tub and 2nd room had king bed instead of queen. All 7 had of us had a great time. Only warning is make sure you go to the condo website so will know exactly what the extra fees are going to be. We did but still a good deal for a large family or even a smaller one wanting to live it up a little. Great Pool and security.

Pros: Space, extremely clean, great location, excellent amenities!
Location: 15 mins to all Parks, minutes to great dining, shops and Walmart. Quiet resort location.
The Villas at Seven Dwarfs far exceeded my expectations . It was equipped with everything I needed. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for my family of 8!!!!
