“Pleased!”

Overall great experience. Love the decor. Very modern. Very clean, and nice fresh smelling. Bedding was amazing, mattress extra comfortable... Just out right nice hotel. View is the only thing that could have been better, my view as the top of a roof... :/ Other than that.

“Great hotel... a little far from everything”

Everything about the hotel itself was great. The only issue might be that it is a little ways from Orlando and the tourist attractions... but there are great dining options within walking distance.

“An Oasis in a foreign land (and I'm from the US)”

The hotel was fabulous. I'm from San Francisco - so the setting of the 'neighborhood' wasn't what I'm used to (shocker) - but for the area - it was actually really walkable & I had lots of options at night for venturing out - including Shula's - the downstairs bar / restaurant - which was very upscale modern for the area (a lot more like what you'd see in a major city hotel). If you're not set on being in a quaint town - this place has all the amenities at an easily walkable distance - just in a 'flew up overnight' kind of way. The development is all recent. There's a mixed use shop / live development across the street with lots of restaurant & bar options & apartments above - so people live there & it seems quite the night life mecca for Lake Mary & different every night. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant (which you can't miss - directly across the street from the hotel). And I had a great time at the Irish pub - as well as at PINT (across from the pub) - which has a fabulous beer & whiskey selection (including Chimay & Mitcher's for those not into the usual Bud / Miller / Coors selection) Lake Mary is at a key location right at the half way point between where I was going for a wedding & the airport - which made it easy to get to Orlando for my daily antics & to Deland for the planned event. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I'm sure I'll be back.

The lighting in the room was rather dim and the light in the bathroom was burned out and no one fixed it.

We stayed here with 2 small children. I know Westin is more for business users than family so I was little concerned if we are going to feel out of place but there ware many other families with young children. Hotel is beatutiful inside and out. Room is larger than most studio room I statyed in FL. Bed is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is large and clean. We didn't eat at restaurant so can't comment. We really liked the fact we can walk to Publix and restaurants. The best part is, for all these fancy facilitieis, we paid very little. It was cheaper than motel type of accomodation in same area. As long as they can keep the good rate, we'll be back!

Lovely rest and comfort close to Sanford Airport. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the free WiFi. It also is in a quiet area close to a grocer and amenities.
