The property was huge. It had a resort feeling, lots of space and tons of amenities. Maybe use better descriptions of the rooms, as i was not aware there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Lots of space in the units.

Overrated! The staff wasn’t pleasant, they barely spoke and seemed like they hated their job. The room was subpar, the pool and hot tub was dirty. Very disappointed.

Great restaurants nearby, nice updated/new hotel. Front desk staff was not super friendly, though not rude. Just rushed me through. It was 11:15 on NYE so that could have been the issue. But not what I’m used to for these properties.

Every time I come to visit my family here in LakeMary I always choose the Westin. Comfortable beds and really clean sheets. This time my room was next to the elevator, and for that reason the quality of my sleep was not the best one as other times. You could hear the elevator working every time it was being used. Other than that, my experience was great.

Every time I come to visit my family here in LakeMary I always choose the Westin. Comfortable beds and really clean sheets. Good, but...
The hotel is updated and looks updated. However, I was disappointed that coffee was not included in the morning. Customers are looking for value, and morning coffee (not to mention all day coffee) is very much the standard across the board in hotels of this caliber.

This the second time I have stayed at this property. Very shopworn for a Westin branded property. In this case, I reserved a king bed room and received a Queen/double handicap room. When I questioned the staff - fully booked and no other rooms are available. Spoke with the manager at check-out and he offered Marriott points - note I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member having stayed in Marriott properties more than 450 days over the past 2 years. In summary, there are much better Marriott or other properties nearby.

Clean but dark room
The room decor was dark and cold. Even with every light on in the room the light was not sufficient. The flooring also contributed to the cold atmosphere. The room was very clean however.
