OK for one night

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: It was a place to sleep for one night
Cons: Front desk staff / Computer system - One hand didn't know what the other one was doing.
Location: Location - On the outskirts of Disney World area. Hotel is at a I-4 Exit not really near anything worth wild.
This hotel is ok if you are staying only a night. Check-In Very very slow (especially if you check in very late in the evening) Front desk staff really didn't know which rooms where ready and which ones they had visitors in already. First room we were given the room was under construction (looks like it had a major water leak). Front desk staff weren't even aware that this room was unusable. Then when they went to give us another room their computers showed they didn't have any open. Took about 15 minutes before we got into a room. Additonal visitors were trying to get a room at the last minute and they were told it would be $200. for just one night. OMG $200. for this hotel I don't think so get real. We only paid $65 and even then that was way to much for this hotel. Room - Was ok nothing to write home about. I didn't put the room under a microscope but from what I could see the cleanness was ok for just one night. Pool - We didn't have time to use Free Breakfast - Was a cold breakfast so it was just ok.

Good location to Disney World

We found it to be an excellent value for what we paid. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and adequate. Easy to get to Disney World without toll roads. Also provided a breakfast that gave several options.

If you just need a place to lay your head

Posted Apr 7, 2014
No frills box with a bed. We came in on a late flight and only had 11 hours before an appointment. It is an economical place to clean up and get some rest.

Nice Hotel for a fair price

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Staff was very pleasant, location was near I-4 (except having to use a turnaround to access I-4). Had one bad night with "partiers," but otherwise it was a good experience.

Nice hotel

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Cons: The pool needs to be resurfaced, walkways painted and the parking lot could use a face lift as well.
Location: The location of this hotel is great. You have a lot of restaurants close by that are within walking distance. It's also right next to Interstate 4
I traveled to Orlando with my two daughters for Spring Break week (3/15-3/22). When we arrived the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room we booked was just as advertised and was very accommodating. The room we stayed in was new and very nice. The breakfast, however could use some updating. Maybe a protein option, like bacon or sausage links would have been nice. Maybe even a yogurt or some fruit would work. It was your typical continental breakfast with pastries, cereal, a waffle maker for making your own waffles, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice, etc. Gets old after a few days of eating the same thing. Maybe change it up from day-to-day. Give your customers more options. Overall, this is a real good place to stay if you don't want to be around all the hustle and bustle from the theme parks. The noise outside was a little loud at times when a car or 18 wheeler would drive by but I got used to it very fast. The pool on the other hand could use a makeover. It could use a resurfacing since the concrete was coming up in areas. The pool area was nice, just the pool itself could use an updating. One other thing is the outside walkways could use a painting since when the outside was painted there were no clothes of any type used so the orange paint is all over the walkways. Also, the parking lot could use a face lift as well. Overall, this hotel is well worth your money. Will recommend to anyone looking at this hotel.

Hotel for Truckers and Contractors

Posted Mar 18, 2014
Pros: price
This Hotel is close to I-4, and 18 wheelers drive in, at all hours. Since the doors are outside, it is very noisy. The rooms are clean and updated, but don't expect to feel safe and secure. When I arrived back at the hotel, the first night, around 10:30 pm; a police cruiser and a CSI van were on site.

Good value!

Posted Mar 16, 2014
Pros: Room neat, clean and updated.
Cons: Have busses and trucks park in back lot, both for space and noise considerations.
Location: In central Florida for RussMatt baseball. The location is central to many of the games.
Good value property, but the $20 early check-in if rooms are available is a little ridiculous, especially for only a couple hours.

Great location, price and renovated room

Posted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Top reasons: the price and location. The renovations made the rooms nice. And ours was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Maybe a few more "protein" options at breakfast would be nice, but really overall a good experience.
Location: Legoland, all Disney stuff
We stayed 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was renovated and clean. The beds weren't luxury but they were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was typical and always fully stocked -- we will definitely stay here again if the price stays affordable.
