Cons: Fire the lying receptionist for the inconvenience that he created. check all rooms to make sure the lightings are working.
Terrible. Arrived at 1:30 AM and the room is located at the back of the hotel complex with no parking available. On top of that, the keys that the receptionist gave me don't work and advised me to get refund because they don't have room available. When I'm talking to expedia associate for refund, the receptionist told me that he has a room. It was 2 AM in the morning by the time we settle and the lights in the bedroom are not working. We left the hotel at 4:45 with 1 1/2 sleep to catch a flight. Never again will stay in that hotel and should be taken off your hotel lists.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Make sure all rooms are in repair, clean and suitable to be rented.
Original room had toilet not working, TV not working, dirty ragged carpet, dirty couch and overall poor cleanliness and condition. When we complained we were told verbatim "Sorry about that". When I asked to speak to the manager the clerk said she was not reachable until seven o'clock in the morning. I said that we were leaving at five am for an early flight. He said once again "Sorry about that". After it was determined that the toilet was unfixable we were given another room quite away from our room and on the next floor up and not given any help moving. I asked for a luggage cart and was told that it was somewhere unknown and was told once again "Sorry about that". Finally another clerk called the corporate office and we were given a full refund quite late that night but due to the turmoil we were both unable to sleep that night. We definitely will never stay there again and will look at other Travelodges skeptically.

You get what you pay for.... Never again! Next time I will stay at the one across the street! This was more like a motel not a hotel. Everything is run down! Don't waste your time here!!!

Smells of smoke.

Pros: Close to airport.
Cons: Smell, cleanliness, decor, furniture.
Location: Near to a Waffle House which was lovely and a petrol station.
Smoke was so ingrained there was no getting away from it, from was unclean complete with someone else's used cotton buds under the fold out bed.

I appreciate that the price was very reasonable, that's the best I can say for my stay. The room was not as requested, it was filthy, there was dog pooh on the upstairs walk way. I wouldn't have ate there any reason because of the overall condition of the place.

nice hotel close to I drive and the airport

Pros: The courteousness of the staff! I feel they bent over backwards to accommodate me and my family! My family was so happy and content !
Cons: Nothing could be better
Location: This hotel is so well located to the airport and all shopping facilities!
we really enjoyed our stay and visit while in Orlando. Couldn't have picked a better location as far as connection with the international airport. Also the connectibility to the international drive shops and venues not to mention that of all the malls! The staff was very corteous and friendly! The rooms were very clean and stylish not to mention the awesum hot tob!

Do not accommodate late arrival!!!!

I booked the hotel via expedia.ca close to the airport since I was going to arrive in Orlando around midnight and did not want to be driving around that late. During my booking I added in the comments area that my flight would not arrive in Orlando before midnight and that I would arrive at the hotel after 1am. The day of my trip around 3:30pm I called expedia to confirm my reservation and to once again notify then that I would arrive late. The lady at expedia provided a great service and called the hotel to confirm they were aware about my arrival time. When I arrived at the hotel around 1:45am (after my flight was delayed) they did not have any room available. The dront desk person was polite and did arrange with another hotel for my stay. But made a comment that I had arrived too late. I agree with him if I have not mentioned it twice to ensure I had a room. And after a long day at work, and 5 hours flight all I want was to go to sleep not have to drive another 20 minutes to another hotel. I was not the only one as I as speaking with the front desk person another person arrived in the same situation. Will not book to this hotel again.
