Upon arrival, after MN, you are greeted with cigarette smell. There was a female stumbling in the hallway and she actually ended up on the floor. Price was double what i was quoted on expedia. I felt like i arrived in Schist's Creek but worse. I did not stay, I felt unsafe and the filth made me too nervous for over $200 for the possible 8 hours i would have been there.

We stayed for one night to go to a party. Our room had no bathroom irems besides toilet paper. No kitch items, no cups, no plates. Nothing. Yes we did pay 100 but did not enjoy it obe bit. Bathroom was dirty did not want to shower there. The staff was rude. I would really love to see if we could possibly get a refund. Ill never stay here again.

Bad from start. Walked in checkin area smelled of pot. Then was told key card system didn’t work, got to room and went to check beds and had live roach on bed, room smells like mold, loose wiring on floor and then dead roaches on floor. I immediately told front desk guy he was very polite and refunded me right away and i left. This place needs a lot of work should only be used for monthly rentals never for a traveler. I do however appreciate that they refunded me with no hassle.

The only thing this place can use is some curtains on the first floor and AC units that actually work well because my room was hotter than the hallway and it never got the slightest bit cool in the room at all.

This place was so gross. Cockroaches and insect feces everywhere. Mold in the bathrooms. Trash on the floor. Cigarette smoke everywhere. Noisy people. We legitimately asked for a refund and left within 5 minutes of being there. The staff at the main desk was nice and assisted us with the refund with no issues, at least.

Run down, keys didn’t work. Attendant could help. Luc luckily, he just let us in a room late at night and we checked out first thing in the morning so we didn’t really need to come and go otherwise it would’ve been a major hassle very inconvenient to check in strong smell of marijuana in the entryway floor room was sticky. That’s pretty much it.

I didnt like my roon smelling like Marijuana and i had a headache all night and they didnt do anything about it. And the second night they also bothered me by knocking on my door saying there was noise when they clained there wasnt .and i wasnt happy no .we left ealry to get away from smell.

Clerk let us stand there forever before acknowledging us. Once we were in our room, realized the smoking and party are was outside outside our room. Room was filthy and there was even a drawer missing from the dresser. The straw that broke the camels back was when a cockroach walked across our bed. We left immediately!

The property inside and out was dirty. The floor in the room hadn't been swept prior to our arrival. The metal bed frame had dirt and filth in all the corners. Could not see out one window because it was dirty. The smell was terrible in the hallways. No hair dryer. You truly get what you pay for!

This was the worst stay ever! Hallway smelled of piss. Room wasn’t much better. A dog barked/cried most of the night in a room nearby. Worst of all were the roaches, at least 50, all over the bathroom tub,walls, floor, door, sink, and toilet. We left at 5am - couldn’t take it! I would like a full refund.

Loved the friendliness of staff just smelled weird in lobby and elevators. My room wasnt that clean there were dust bunnys on the floor, there was still other peoples hair left in bathroom on shower wall and in sink, saw one roach
