Yikes

Expedia rated as a 2.5. Google and learn its a 1 star hotel. First room was occupied, I put the table in front of the door for safety. Sheets/towels strained, shower head broken, hair in the bathroom... Yuck!

Massive disappointment

Pros: Bed was comfortable though I couldn't sleep because of the noise, close to airport

It started out with waiting 20 minutes for someone to come to the office at 8pm. They open at 9 and close at 7 on Saturdays. He then decided to wait on someone who walked up to the desk after we had been waiting. He was slow and had to be reminded to return my ID back to me after taking 20 minutes to check me in. He didn't offer to give me a room that was non smoking. I didn't think that was a concern since there were tons of security cameras and no smoking signs all over. I didn't bother requesting a non smoking room since I would probably have to wait another 1/2 hour to get attended to and because the entire floor wreaked of smoke. There were hairs embedded in my daughter's pillowcase. The noise didn't stop for hours.

I apologize for your wait during check in. The risk of us not having a 24-hour front desk is that late-night arrivals can often be frustrating for the guest. We have talked to the property so long check ins will no longer be an issue. We wish you the best.

Good for long stay.

I would have liked to be able to do laundry however the machines took some card system. Otherwise hotel was good for the long stay we needed. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Lack customer service & nonsmoking room

Book room through Expedia was explained non smoking room by both the representative and the check in clerk at hotel. When I got into the elevator and preceded to the room the smell of cigar and cigarettes was in the halls and the room. When in the room no toilet paper and after going downstairs to voice complaints, there were no more rooms, the deskclerk had be paiged by a phone on a wall and I had to do the same thing to checkout. Hopefully this was only because this was a holiday weekend.

Only stay if a bed is all you need.

Pros: nothing
Cons: The smell of the place, cleanliness, shampoo and blankets.
Location: questionable a lot of police activity
Upon arrival he lobby had a weird smell to it. The elevator smelled like cigarettes. After hours there was no staff there. In he room there was no shampoo only a bar of soap. The blanket on the bed had a cigarette whole and did not smell clean. The bed was a full and extremely uncomfortable. When the extractor in the bathroom turned on with the light, a smell of cigarette came through the vent. The area at night had a lot of police activity. The people staying in the hotel were questionable. They did not seem like tourist. Overall the place is good if you only need a bed and an uncomfortable one at that.

I would suggest that you put up better blinds.

Location: I found everything I needed within five minutes,
need better blinds and or curtains to block out the day light so you can sleep better during the day. other than that I enjoyed my stay.

If you are looking for the bare minimal then this is the place for you. This place is for people in transition. I stayed there on vancation. There is NOTHING relaxing about this place. Fine for looking for a home in FL. Not fine to stay when trying to relax. No comforts what so ever.

Pros: Vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam personeel. High speed internet connection met kabel.
Cons: Geen wifi in het gebouw Receptie 's avonds en op zondag gesloten.
Location: Uiterst gunstig gelegen aan de doorgaande route. Lekker dicht bij het vliegveld.
Uitstekend appartement/hotel voor een gunstige prijs en gemakkelijk berijkbaar aan een doorgaande route en lekker dicht bij het vlliegveld.
