Great location and amenitiesPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Conveniences everywhere.
Cons: The bathrooms
Location: Every park is close and you could see fireworks from all the parks right at the hotel if you wanted to.
We were very pleased with our stay at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. The staff was very helpful, the pools and grounds were in great condition and the restaurant service was excellent. The choices that the hotel had would be pleasing to just about everyone. We loved that you could take a short walk to EPCOT and a bit of a longer walk to the Hollywood studios. We also took advantage of the bus and boat transportation. The workout gym was fully equipped and we took full advantage of all the games and activities at the pools. Room service was very fast as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to adult as well as families traveling to Disney.

Last minute stayPosted Aug 17, 2014
Great stay on par with Disney Deluxe Hotels this is coming from a DVC member. We will stay here again no question about that either before or after a member visit. Rooms were very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Give this one a try.

Dolphin/Swan OrlandoPosted Aug 15, 2014
The Dolphin was ok. Bathroom could of been cleaner hair on floor, sink & tub. Not ours. Staff was rude concierge & car service. Front desk was nice. They do not offer free shuttle service to Universal Studios just Magic Kingdom attractions. Very expensive to use car service to other parks.

Hotel will undergo a makeover next yearPosted Aug 12, 2014
Cons: The daily resort fee of $20.00 plus the daily parking rate of $16.00 is a bit much. No other Disney hotes charges either of these fees.
Location: Epcot Resort Area - Boardwalk, Epcot, Hollywood Studios
Convenient location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

Lovely spacious, bright spaces. Pool is large butPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: The spaciousness of the room and the lobby. Just driving up to the entrance, one gets a feeling of comfort.
Cons: Lifeguards at the pool to monitor guests who are rough-housing and throwing large balls.
Location: Disney and ESPN where we had an event. All are so easy to reach and the boat transportation is wonderful. We love to go to Flying Fish for dinner.
Having stayed here before, it was our first choice for a return visit and we look forward to the next.

check in was terrible.Posted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: Close to Epcot by boat
Cons: Rooms were clean, alcove room was large. Very average, on Disney property, I would like to see a more luxurious room
Location: Epcot, Disney World, and Hollywood Studios
Arrived at 3:45, told room not ready. Had late lunch. came back at 5:00, still not ready. I told clerk I saw on website check in was 3:00 Pm and it was 5:00 pm, to which she said "The process starts at 3 pm, very rude. Hard for me to return to a Sheraton, certainly the Dolphin, as they did not care!!

Never had to leave the property for anything!Posted Aug 5, 2014
I came down during a slow week in the Catering business at home. I enjoyed being on the receiving side of the hospitality industry. I wanted for nothing and the staff in all the outlets were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back for more visits.

NOT A DISNEY HOTEL, Don't get what you paid for!!!Posted Jul 31, 2014
I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. First off they should not advertise with the name Disney, it is VERY MISLEADING! They are neither owned nor operated by Disney. For the price I paid here including the pointless resort fee of $23 and the parking fee of $16 I could of actually stayed at a much nicer hotel. I got to the hotel right around 3 pm which is the check in time and was told my room with the king bed wouldn't be ready til much much later. I had to settle for a room with two full size beds which i hated. I was also supposed to receive a $100 food/ beverage credit which they denied. This hotel is so rundown with such an uninviting atmosphere it was almost depressing. All the room pictures they use are from their bigger suites and none from the actual room you get. The satelite tv box kept turning on and off every 5 or 6 minutes and called in about the issue and was told its due to the weather when it was perfectly clear outside with no rain, the fridge didnt even keep any of the drinks cold, the bathroom is so small you can barely close the door while standing, amd the free wifi was very slow. They even tried to charge me $80 for someone else's bar tab and thought I lied when I told them it wasn't mine. After looking through they said it was someone elses and didn't even apologize for wasting 20 minutes of my time. This place ruined my vacation. I will never ever stay at any Sheraton place ever again. So deceitful!!
