Pros: The rooms were large.
Cons: With the exception of the front desk manager, the Guest Services and staff were the worst I have ever experienced.
Although there were only 4 parties ahead of me, I waited nearly 30 minutes in line to check in. Upon check-in, I was told they could not find my reservation. I showed proof of my pre-paid reservation on my Expedia phone app and they told me the app info wasn't sufficient. They instructed me to go to the business center to print a copy of my email confirmation, which I was unwilling to do. The front desk staff eventually called the manager while I called Expedia for assistance. The manager on duty was excellent and with the help of Expedia, she was able to complete the check-in (this was NOT an Expedia issue - the reservation was lost by the resort). Finally, 1 hour later, I was checked-in. I got in my car and proceeded to the parking lot adjacent to the room. Zero parking available; the situation was so bad, cars were parked on the grass and along every curb. After circling 5 times, I was approached by security. I explained that I just checked-in and had luggage in my car. He told me I would need to park several buildings away, but I could drag my luggage from my car through the grass in between buildings as a "short cut" to get to the room with the luggage. The security guard was in a golf cart, but made no offer to help. He shrugged his shoulders and wished me good luck as he drove away. After finally dragging my luggage to the room, I was ready to unwind - but the shower didn't work (no water, not even a drop) so I was forced to use the tub.

Worst stay ever

Location is over crowded. No parking. Filthy rooms. Ants that bite, Non working safe. Mold in vents, AC vents more that three inches of dust and the most unresponsive staff that you could ever have. Called for security and it took him an hour to respond. I guess that is better than the rest of the staff that never did at all to other issues.

Pros: I like the room and the balcony
Cons: food options the only decent place for food was the grill it does not serve lunch
Location: location was good near everything except restuarants
The rooms were nice and clean with big balcony I enjoyed the swimming pools and hot tub

Be prepared to get lost in the shuffle

Check in was pleasant until I got all the way up to my room and my key didn't work. It took security 30 minutes to get to me for assistance. Room was ok. But no towel racks (hung towels in the wardrobe to dry). TV didn't work and light in bathroom needed replacing. There was no information in the room (tv listings, resort info) which I found strange. I ended up having to go onto their website for information. Resort was too large and directional signs were not clear. Would not stay here again...

I WAS NOT EXPECTING MORE SPACE FOR WHAT I PAID. OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED ONCE WHILE WE WERE THERE AND OUR BED LINEN CHANGED ONLY ONCE. I HAD TO ASK FOR TOWELS WHICH WAS ON THE THIRD DAY WE STAYED. A HOTEL WOULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER STAY FOR ME FOR THE MONEY I SPENT.
