Staff are useless here dint no from left to right

Apart from the staff otherwise ok not many dinning out places around the resort need car or taxi which will cost around 20 USA dollers to international drive where you have over 100 dinning places

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal

Pros: I liked all the amenities that came with the resort.
Cons: Quicker room service. I didn't have a remote control in my room.
Location: Location is less than ten miles from Universal Resort, Seaworld and shopping areas. Only a mile from Philips Hospital, which can be a benefit for any
I enjoyed my stay there, will return! The staff was very professional, courteous and expedited handling of the customers well. The resort was in a safe location also and close to the major theme parks.

I asked the house cleaning lady to vaccum the carpet and she said " yes, of course!!" showing me a broom. can you believe? everything else was very dirty… The breakfast was disgusting!! (hot dogs and chillies) TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!!!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The main issue was food and the light. Curtains and sofa were too old.
Location: It was far. the representative from expedia said walking distance. It was by bus 25 min.
The room was clean but there was to much light at night. I talk to management but they said that they were not able to do anything about it. I tried to cover those windows myself with blankets. The sofa was to old that my back felt the metal which made me had back problems next day. It was too uncomfortable to sleep on. Employees are not trained to manages clients. they can not provide any kind of information at all. The main focus here is to sell time shares only. Food is not for vegan or vegetarian people.

I think it's a nice hotel. Was very happy with comfort n cleanliness. I liked the pool/ pool area. I think it needs more parking. I did t have a car but when my son came to pick me up there were never parking spots.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The hotel is highly populated, and extremely too large for my preference. We were never provided a map or tour of the grounds and were very confused as to where anything was located (pools, restaurants, shops, etc). Our room was very outdated and needed major renovations and also lacked complimentary toiletry amenities. We were woken up by the cleaning staff each morning at 8 AM with loud knock on the door. The final morning of our stay we put a do not disturb sign on the outside of our door. We were woken up FIVE times (8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 11AM, and 12PM) along with a phone call to our room. We called to complain and were put through to a voicemail service that never returned our call.

Nice getaway to relax

On the bedside manner of the staff to be very positive the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. We will be going back.
