FAMILY VACATION

Pros: Outdoor pool and grounds were nice. Full kitchen was usefull for breakfast.
Cons: Rooms could be more insulated from noise from other patrons. Had to pay extra for use of the wi-fi but it worked ok.
Location: Good location to SEA WORLD.
Stayed one night. Easy access to SEA WORLD and other attractions in in Orlando. Room enough for six with the double room and pull out couch. Had a full kitchen, but it was small. Kids had a great time in the pool. Overall experience for a short stay was positive.

Convenient location, nice helpful staff.

Pros: Pools, hot tubs, friendly staff, nicely maintained landscape.
Cons: Rooms need to be cleaner.
Location: Located close to lots of shopping, parks, outlets, nice walking area.
I was sceptical after reading the reviews, it was a last minute booking and the options were very limited. We decided to go with Westgate considering they were conveniently located close to the parks and lots of shopping. We were travelling with a young baby (10 months) so we needed to be close groceries and parks. We thought the rooms were big, lots of crawling space for baby. The bedrooms were very nice, 2 bathrooms was a bonus to have since we were travelling with baby and my mom. The furniture was decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the towels, and supplies were delivered everyday so there was plenty available. I thought the rooms were not the cleanest, the carpet definitely needed a good shampoo and the furniture was dusty. I hated my baby crawling on the carpet but we did not have other options. For the most part, our stay was pleasant, the rooms smelled nice, the bathrooms were clean, it worked very well for us. I would recommend but would definitely advice not to expect a 5 star stay.

Great experience. Enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The location to events and roads/highway (I-4) was convenient.

Hotel com péssimo atendimento

1-Equipe do hotel ligava diariamente para vender quartos em um lançamento da rede hoteleira. 2-hotel não tem restaurante próprio 3- o serviço de limpeza deixou muito a desejar, não fizeram nenhuma limpeza durante minha estada 4-diariamente pela manhã deixavam na porta do quarto as toalhas em um saco plástico

Room for improvement

I stayed at westgate properties before but this one took me by surprise . Rooms are adequate , but it's an old property, can use some updates. Room had an unpleasant odor Needs to improve on cleanliness..
