wrong room

they advertise a room with jacussi and I didn't get it, I called the recepcionist and she didn't seem like she wanted to help me change the room. she said that is what I paid for and that was it.

Pros: Nothing
While we were checking in the representative received a call that had nothing to do with our reservation but he made us wait so he could attend to the call that interrupted us rather then putting them in hold. He never apologized. The check in took 15 minutes and the we were handed off to another representative who wanted to sell us a time share. So this delayed us even further. The hotel rooms are in dire need for renovations.

Nice place, Front desk issues

I was checking in at 1am and there were 20 people in line! It was 50 minutes before I got up to a desk agent and another 10-15 mins to check in. Nobody apologized for the long wait, managers came out from the back and did not jump on a computer to make the line go faster. It was a very "I don't care" atmosphere. When I went to check out, SAME long line. Beautiful room though. Obviously brand new. Towels still had stickers on them because they hadn't been washed. If I was staying a week, I think it'd be a great experience... But for just a quick night sleep it was too much hassle for way too much money

Save Yourself the Pain.

This hotel stay was a nightmare. First thing it took almost 90 minutes to check in. This is completely unacceptable. Once that was done there was a 10 minute meeting pressuring you into a time share presentation. If you refused the presentation the staff had no interest in helping you. After spending 90 minutes checking in we were given the wrong room. At that point it was after 10pm. we approached the staff the next day about the room. After reviewing my paid reservation they acknowledged their error and put us on a "list" for the correct room. Why we needed to be put on a list for the correct room I had already paid for was beyond me. Secondly no consideration was given for the lost day and a half waiting for the new room. Next the safe was broken and we had to wait to the next business day for a lock smith. We were promised the locksmith would be there 9am sharp. He showed up after 10am. At that point we had already lost one day and several precious hours at the parks Which we had already purchased tickets for. After it took 2 days of my 6 days to get the room right it was a descent stay. However after all is said and done I cannot give this hotel a reccomendation. Go at your own risk.

Close to attractions

Pros: The accommodations are clean and nice with plenty of space. The room attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. :)
Cons: Staff attitudes and helpfulness. They just seemed like everyone was a nuisance and they were not friendly. Alot of $$ for no service.
The staff was not overly friendly nor helpful. I felt like we were told one thing by one person and then a totally different thing by another. No one explained what was available at the resort or any of the amenities. I have stayed in a number of resorts in the Orlando area and have had things explained much better upon registering.

Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else

Pros: I will be honest not one thing I liked or didn't notice because I was so frustrated
Cons: Everything including the 45 minute check in
Location: Location is fair traffic is bad but fairly close to parks
Our experience at this place has been HORRIBLE!!!!! 3 ROOM CHANGES DUE TO ROOM ISSUES. Walls are paper thin in the rooms Expedia has listed. no up grades even though we are Gold VIP members, they expected us to be ok with blinds that didnt close in the bedroom which was next to the walkway, 2nd room the washer did not work and after 2 times with maintenance and still not fix (btw maintenance did not speak English so it was extremely hard to communicate) now on to the 3rd room.... got settled in the room and off to bed woke up the next morning & tried to make coffee but the coffee maker would not turn on, tried plugging it in all outlets in the kitchenette and living area and it would not turn on, we went on to the parks WITHOUT OUR COFFEE & when we returned back for our afternoon nap I called the front desk (i stayed up to take care of the coffee maker issue ) when i called i asked them to please knock softly because people were napping and not to ring door bell. They sent maintenance with a coffee POT not a new maker and he banged on the door and rang the bell. wth?! I tried to explain yo him in my broken Spanglish that it was the maker not the pot. "be back in 5 mins" he said. I reminded him not to ring the door bell and knock softly that i will hear him because i'm waiting so i can take my nap. 15 mins later he AGAIN rang the door bell & banged on the door... i opened the door to find that he had dropped the coffee maker and it was in pieces. he once again said " be back i

Too big, too loud

It might be great if you're with the family for an extended stay, but for a night, it was hard to get around (poorly lit to figure out which building and room), too noisy and just overkill for what I needed. That doesn't mean I wouldn't go back, but this is a family place, not the place to crash at the end of a hard day or work, etc.

Great complex

Huge, beautiful.. The check-in process was a nightmare. Got there at 4:52 but didn't actually get the key until 5:58. Only 4 people at the check in desks, at least 15 empty check in desks...
