I really enjoyed having everything at one location and it was really helpful that the Walmart was just across the street. My only complaint would probably be that the waterpark cost extra money and it’s not included in the price. We did have a pool behind our building, which was nice though

Nice place, liked that there was a pool right behind our villa. The staff were very kind to your face but follow through NEVER happened. We needed supplies and sheet changes, we were there for over a week, but they never came. After a few times of waiting on them we decided to deal with it ourselves. They make you feel special then if you don't want to buy a timeshare you're forgetten about. We enjoyed our stay for what it was but we won't be going back.

Ideal spot for families, with an onsite waterpark, butterfly garden, great restaurants, an arcade, a market, ice cream shop, movie theatre, train rides, multiple pools, paddle boats and more. Staff members were lovely, villas thoughtfully designed, and the resort property well cared for. My only caution is that food, drinks and arcade games are pricey, and the resort is cashless, so plan accordingly. Also was not aware of a $238 resort fee - it’s worth it, just caught me off guard.

I’ve been coming to this Resort since I was a child with my parents. Now I've brought my family and I can say it’s great to see Westgate built up. My only critic is I believe it’s time for an upgrade with the rooms and style i.e. furniture and appliances.

A lot of spring breakers smoking weed and in big groups outside at night intimidating my son and making him too scared to even go to the arcade but thats not the facilities fault its just disruptive teenagers.

Appreciate being able to check in early and check out late. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did not clean our entire stay, but we kept condo tidy ourselves. Room was stocked with more than enough towels. Washer and drier in unit and that was a plus.

We did not like westgate policy for change room accommodation. 30 minutes after checking in we seen roach on sink countertops. Called customer service. They said bugman had to spray before they can move us to another unit. And said that we would probably not be moved. Lol. The bug man came and sprayed while we were still in unit which was very unprofessional and possible hazardous. Me and wife decided to take our luggage to the car just in case after they spray roaches would not get into our luggage. The right thing to do accommodate a customer would have been to move us to another room. It was not a big deal to them cause of there policy. What about our policy for money we spent at your prooerty. Cleanliness my rating is - 5 stars. Im not happy at all with this location. Property is in poor condition because of staff. No accountability for how units look inside. Beautiful outside. You can remodel but it will not take long for the newly remodeled units to start looking like the old ones and roach infested if company does not properly manage the team who cleans. Grade F

When we arrived to check in, the staff was somewhat friendly, but… they tried to sell us on going on a timeshare tour 10 minutes into being there. She said it was 1.5 hours and in return they would let us use the water park area and get a late check out. We declined. The restaurants were older, food wasn’t that good and the service was really really slow. We ate at Los Amigos, Drafts Sports Bar and Villa Italiano. All of them not that good and bad service. We even ordered a pizza. I called at 7:55pm to the onsite pizza place. We waited and waited. Finally I called a little after 10pm asking where the pizza was. The lady at the front desk said, “Oh, they’re closed.” Needless to say, we were annoyed. Then about 10/15 minutes later the pizza showed up. We wished it hadn’t, the pizza was terrible! Elios pizza is better than theirs. Overall the resort was just old and kind of run down. We wouldn’t stay there again.

I liked the property but I didn’t like that we had to pay for everything except the pools. The room was outdated, never seen housekeeping, blow dryer sounded like a train was coming through, washer machine was extremely loud, asked for towels and we surely got some, about 30 different sizes in a big garbage bag.

Saw this place online and thought it would be a great place for our “down days” from Disney World. Called this place multiple times to confirm transportation, was told yes they have it for Disney parks. Asked about the water park and 14 pools all confirmed. Arrived 3/30 weather was perfect it’s our down day let’s explore we get to the Shipwreck water park it’s only 2 simple water slides and a long pool I’m thinking hmm this doesn’t look like what’s advertised, not to mention it NOT included in your stay !!!! It’s $25 person to get into this extremely simple “park” we didn’t even bother ! So we walking around, the swim up bar isn’t a swim up bar it’s a pool and then the bar sits next to it. On our day to Disney I asked about shuttles or transportation because again I was told it was offered . NOPE they stop doing that in 2019 I’m like hold on I was told xyz about transportation… we sorry you were misinformed ! So hopped in a Lyft it was cheap. I will say Walmart is directly across the street which was super convenient for us ! Now to talk about my room My phone did not work which was how you communicate when needing a ride around the resort, that they offered ! So someone came to “fix” the phone. Now it’s Time to shower no hot water I was told to let it run for a bit and then someone would come check it out the guy came 40 mins later throwing me off time with my plans the guy left came back ran the water now it’s on somehow. Made best of our stay but not what I expected !

My stay here was comfortable. They have walmart thats close for essentials. The pool was clean. My family enjoyed the excursions they had on site. The staff were helpful and responded quickly to any concerns.

There was garbage behind our beds. We waited for 2 hours for clean towels. There is no shuttle to and from the airport. The pool we swam in had duck poop in it. The hot tub gave my family a rash and wasn’t even hot. We enjoyed our time but there were things that could have been better. Waterpark is not included in your stay.

Our room was perfect we needed more towels and it didn’t take them all day we got our towels within 30 minutes the water park was real fun and the restaurants around them was excellent the staff was great. Me and my kids will definitely come back.
