Awful Front Desk service

Waited over 2 hours to check in - unacceptable at any hotel. This awful experience took away plenty from overall rating

Just FYI all four burners on the stove were ON when we entered the unit.

Out dated not clean. Would never stay at a Westgate property a gain.

Cleanliness needs work

Pros: The grounds are well kept and the employees are wonderful
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Location is great....Disney right down the street and the ocean an hour away.
Employees could not be nice enough....however, on the first night, one of my children pulled back the blankets on their bed and found a damp orange rag in their bed. The child did not feel comfortable sleeping on any of the beds so slept on the pull-out couch in living room.

The Staff is very friendly and room accommodations are great. The Pool was typically crowded and there wasn't always chairs available to sit. We went to Drafts our first night there, but had to wait 30 minutes for a table, and food coming out took quite a bit of time as well. Our boys 3 and 13 enjoyed mini golf, the arcade, and the Thomas train. Overall, it was a great time, not 5 stars but very family friendly.

Great Stay

The only problem was the hotel seemed outdated. However, the service, comfort, and cleanliness were all spot on.
