Nice , close to WDW and worth the money !

Posted Apr 19, 2014
I got a great offer through expedia for this hotel and I thought it would be not that much nice . But it was very elegant , clean and close to the WDW . They have free shuttle and free breakfast , they are all what you need if you plan to go to walt disney world as you get breakfast and wait the bus ! They only charge for room cleaning and changing towels . If you need you ask for it ! But every thing was very nice . I would visit world quest once again for sure !

Great location & apartment size! Clean? Comfort?

Posted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: Location and apartment size. Pool and surroundings were nice. Towel service at pool was helpful. Security was good. Enjoyed the screened in balcony!
Cons: Mattresses, pillows & couches need improvement- not comfortable. Cleanliness of apartment, pool chair and loungers cushions needed cleaning.
Location: Great location. Close to Disney and shopping!
Great location and apartment size. Staff are generally pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, mediocre apartment cleaning standards and not thoroughly done. Mattresses and pillows need replacing, definitely not great for a good night's sleep. Surprised by the size of the hotel setting and that we ended up in the furthest building next to the highway. Highway noise was not what was expected for our holidays! Fortunately we were able to move closer to the Club House! The additional buildings nearest to the highway are not reflective of the marketing provided on the website. Enjoyed the pool setting!

Pros: The spacious rooms, laundry, full kitchen :) Just like home
Cons: Just keep doing what you do.
We had 5 of us on vacation. Our time here was perfect from beginning to end. So convenient to all the parks in Orlando.

Needs maintenance-Poor response

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Unit size & comfort were OK but it's older with haphazard maintenance - I waited for 3 days & had to ask again to get light bulbs in empty Living Room lamp sockets (the only lights in that area) - no call was received on 2 of 4 days when wake up calls were requested - I thought toaster was broken but when very pleasant maintenance man arrived the problem turned out to be 3 bad outlets in kitchen - staff were pleasant & friendly but had poor follow up (above) on requests to front desk - only 4 sets of towels were provided for a 3 bedroom unit sleeping 6 - breakfast was OK (coffee, juice, cereal, muffins/pastries, apples) but very crowded & not enough seating if the patio chairs were wet from rain - the free shuttle only runs twice a day in AM & PM to Disney - and there is a $16 per person charge to other theme parks - the pool & hot tub area were OK with beach towels available but could have been cleaned/maintained a little better - location is out of the way with a drive to everything - overall it was an OK place to stay but the rate wasn't a bargain so I expected more.

Dear Traveler, First I do apologize for the issues you had and the poor follow up on behave of staff. Thank you for bringing to our attention and will follow up with each department. WorldQuest is located just 5 minutes to Walt Disney, minutes to any other major parks, and 3 miles to over 50 restaurants. I do hope that you come back in the future and let me know so I can take care of you. Sincerely, Jo Bailey Director of Sales

Great hotel just be aware of distance and shuttle

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: The size of rooms, the view I had.
Cons: There website information can be approved. In two areas it specifies that the shuttle is free to universal studios, but it isn't. There is a fee.
I enjoyed the room, I actually adored the suite and wish I could take it home. Though the website states in a few locations free shuttle to universal, it's not, and not knowing that beforehand can cause you an extra large expense you werent prepared for. If you want to go to universal a few days and also check out some outlets, or grab groceries for your suite you are better off renting a car, as everything is a drive away. Other than that, the place was awesome, the staff including cleaning people were friendly. Ps. Under no circumstance order the pizza or food from the pizza flyer out under your door. It's not from the resort but the delivers to resorts and it's the grossest thing all of my family experienced. The pizza is dried out and tasteless, even my family who lives off pizza wouldn't eat more than one slice, and the tray of lasagna was actually just all sauce, a few noodles and no meat. Again, it's not the hotel, but don't be tricked when it comes under your door.

Very good family resort!

Our family of four had a great stay! Loved the pool area, well-kept grounds, huge suite with 2 baths and we enjoyed the kitchen and patio. Best of all it was close to everything!

Nice Condos, close to Disney

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Condo was clean and spacious. Easy access to Disney and all expressways. Nice pool.
Location: Close to Disney and major expressways. Only a couple miles from Celebration where there is a grocery store and restaurants.
Reserved a three bedroom and was given a two bedroom since we only had two in our party. Received free housekeeping as a comp. Housekeeping only showed up five of the seven days we were there, not sure why. Condo was very clean and spacious. We were in building seven and could hear highway traffic. Master suite is in the back, kids bedroom is in the front near the entrance, this made me a little uneasy.

Disney Holiday

Posted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: close to all main attractions , rooms are big and well looked after.
Cons: breakfast area and content need a lot of improvement. luckily the apartments are well equipped to have your breakfast in your room.
Location: Premium Outlet, Down Town Disney and Universal Studios' restaurants and bars are great place for adults even if you not going to other attractions
I arrived with my wife and daughter after 30+ hours international flight and checked in past midnight. the receptionist was kind and cheerful despite the late hours, and checked us in quickly. He offered us a two bedroom apartment at a lower rate and closer to the main reception building so we were few steps from the pools and breakfast area, instead of the more expensive 3 bedroom appartment which we originally assigned. We were hungry, so he gave us direction to nearest restaurants which operate passed midnight (or early morning by the time we got there). the rest of our stat went very smoothly so we didn't have to interact with the staff at all, but we knew there were there to help if we need it.
