Cons: The pools were a bit small, crowded on weekends.
Overall, nice place to stay. Do not like being badgered to tour with salesmen.

No housekeeping!Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Washer/dryer, updated appliances, hallways and common areas meticulously cleaned by pleasant staff.
Cons: Housekeeping could be offered...even for an extra fee...?
Location: The resort is within The Walt Disney World resort, very close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, so that is a plus. Major restaurants are a bit further.
We were only there for 4 nights. Staff was courteous and room was clean when we arrived. After no housekeeping the first day we contacted the front desk and were told the suite is a timeshare so no housekeeping is offered. BYOS people. Once those cute little shampoo bottles run out you don't get new ones so Bring Your Own Shampoo. Extra towels were provided on request and there were apparently more cute shampoos available for sale. This isn't something we have ever encountered at other timeshare/rental gigs...definitely a first.

Great for familiesPosted Aug 23, 2014
We had an awesome time! We loved the many pools and lazy rivers. Great poolside games for the entire family. The fries and burgers from La Cantina were super! This place was super clean and safe. We had great views of the fireworks! We would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a truly family friendly resort in Disney without going broke!

Broken plumbing, no parkingPosted Aug 18, 2014
Hotel is very big with crowded parking. Room had broken plumbing with clogged bathroom sinks. Electric fans kept blowing circuit breaker. When I called about the problem, they did not listen! They sent up a technician while we were out and left us a note that said they fixed the shower door and kitchen sink! Those things were never broken. They offered nothing when we complained about this. The only thing I liked, was that it was very kid friendly.

Excellent HotelPosted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: the pools, the view and the hospitality.
Cons: everything was excellent
Location: disney was very close, and the entertainment was nearby
Took my family down to Orlando and to disney world for the first time, and we decided to stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort. An excellent choice, the staff was outstanding, the rooms were very clean and the resort was very relaxing.

Great Hotel for our anniversary!Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Location to amenities and parks...security...room itself was perfect for us...pool areas were nice.
Cons: Had a restaurant but did not offer a breakfast.
Location: We tried 2 new adventures this time Discovery Cove & Aquatica...easy access to all Disney attractions!
Everything about the hotel was great...check in was a little unnerving due to fact that it was a Saturday afternoon right around normal "check in" at 4 p.m...after long day of travel...we were ready to get our room key and go rest...but unfortunately we were directed to a different area to get our parking pass which resulted in another lady who immediately started in on the "sales pitch on the vacation package"...we were never asked at any time if we were interested in learning about the Wyndham vacation deals...when booking the stay...nothing was mentioned about sitting and listening to any "sales pitch"...BUT...once we got all our information...i.e. parking pass/room key...we were delighted in our room accommodations.
