Great check in, lovely ambiance. Did not like the resort fee. I booked a hotel room, not a resort.

Great HotelPosted Dec 26, 2014
We've stayed here the last 2 years and love it. It's close to all the Disney parks and not too far from Universal Studios. The hotel is high class and a joy to return to after a long day at the parks. We'll stay again.

Beautiful modern decor with wonderful fireworks view and beautiful quiet location right in the middle of all of Disneys Magic. We will be back:)

Not what I would expect from WyndhamPosted Dec 24, 2014
Location: Disney World
Watch out for the hidden charges. We were in the Orlando area to visit family. We had no intention of taking advantage of any of the hotel's amenities. Regardless we had to pay $18 per day for "hotel services" and another $18 per day parking. The Expedia "deal" became quite expensive. The to top it off, our room had a most undesirable view of the roof and parking structure.

Hotel was nice but a little improvement can be donPosted Dec 23, 2014
hotel was beautiful service was amazing! Staff is friendly and always ready to assist except for the mean lady at the counter where u find out about d Disney tickets. When we approached her about some information she was mean and very discourteous. The parking was a problem as well, it was our first time in orlando so we had to get ourselves a rental when we got to the hotel u had to pay for parking, &18 a day!!!! That's what our rental cost us!!! We were very disappointed with that. Even though the valet staff was very courteous and helpful in every way. But that parking fee at a hotel you paid for was ridiculous! So guys if u choose to stay at this hotel consider Parking fee!

Although I was aware of the $18 a day parking fee, I was not aware that there was also a $18 a day resort fee on top of the parking fee. Although I may have just been misinterpreting the website, I was not told anything about it at the front desk upon check in. They had no problem reminding me of the parking fee however. Hotel was in great condition and [most] of the staff was very friendly. I also asked for someone from the front desk to call me on my cell phone or room phone about room service delivering roses for my wife, and I never received a call. Overall 4/5

Six nights stayPosted Dec 22, 2014
Overall was good except the day before we checked out, the room was not cleaned, the sheet and towels was not replaced. It was disappointing when you come back from a day of Disney tour. You have to expect to pay the parking and resort fee.

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!Posted Dec 21, 2014
Pros: Everything-see above.
Cons: I think some of the food service could be upgraded-but that is very picky.
Location: Disney-WHAT A LET DOWN. Nothing like paying 1K to wait in line for second rate Carney shows. Sorry Disney clearly is not what is once was.
Great Hotel-Here is what is great: Terrific set up with hotel and timeshares facing a series of pools ten total with lazy rivers water slides and hot tubs. Great Room-we did the room with the Bunk Beds-our girls Loved this. Great Lobby and Great Staff. Very warm, inviting and impressive on all levels. About Bonnett Creek-This is outside the park-you need to take a cab to Disney. Cabs were always ready to go and this much less expensive than car rental. Super Bell hop always at the ready. Windham restaurants vary from pool bar to high end-if you get bored-head over to the Hilton or Waldorf for added choices. Pools-every day, entertainment of one sort or another nice pool bar/restaurants. They also have kids programs and a wonderful spa.. The only negative experience we had was not the hotel-But DISNEY. Way too crowded, long lines to see outdated second rate rides, very stressful with the Fast Pass disaster. Kids did not want to go back..they just wanted to stay at the Hotel-So did I! Love this hotel-Love it we will be back .

Great hotelPosted Dec 20, 2014
Pros: That is was so close to the parks
Cons: The beds could be softer
Location: Right next to disney world ....
Great hotel ... New, clean, modern rooms. We ate at the pool restaunt and it was very good. For the price and being so close to the parks it was great. We would stay here again.
