Great resortPosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: Nice, clean facility. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to some of the Disney parks.
Cons: Notify patrons of resort fee ahead of time.
Location: Not much to do nearby. Have to take shuttle to Disney parks and/or hop on/off to city buses to get International Dr. to avoid expensive cab rides.
Excellent hotel, beautiful scenery, great bar by the pool, exceptionally friendly staff. Only downside, I didn't realize that there would be an additional "Resort fee/tax", on top of what I paid for the room. That was an unexpected expense.

Nice hotel, very close to Disney.Posted Feb 22, 2014
Pros: Valet staff very fast, coffee bar in the lobby was convenient.
Location: Downtown Disney, all Disney theme parks very close by. Universal is a short drive but still very close.
It was a little on the pricey side but we booked last minute. The price we paid we could have stayed at one of the hotels on site at either Disney or Universal.

Outstanding Value, Location and AppointmentsPosted Feb 19, 2014
Pros: Room size and appointments. Food is of high quality at reasonable rates. Service is exceptional.
Location: Lake Buena Vista area so Disney dominates.
Solid value. Staff is both friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is quite good and a very good value if you are hungry. Selection is varied and quality is good. Seasonality can impact fresh fruit. We found the all staff members very helpful and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze and check-out is a no-brainer. Concierge was excellent in arranging transportation. Will return when we are again in Orlando area. Facility is excellent and the room exceptional. In-room service is a bit expensive, but service and food are very good. Recommend it if one is not put off by the surcharge (which does not include gratuity). Very nice first night in Orlando. Thanks

Beautiful Hotel. Great Staff.Posted Feb 17, 2014
Beautiful centrally located hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our kids loved the pools with lazy rivers and slides. Great shuttle service to and from Disney Parks. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone going to Disney World.

Great value on a high-end hotel next to Disney!Posted Feb 17, 2014
Really couldn't be better! Room was quiet with comfortable beds, quality bedding and extra vanity & sink in room. Coffee bar served great breakfast on the run. Pool was nice. Overall facility very lovely.

Good PricePosted Feb 17, 2014
The valet service was very good upon arrival and for the entire stay. That being said the rest of the staff was lack luster on the hospitality side of things ( not knowingly I fear, more untrained than anything). We were quickly reminded that the main purpose of the resort was to recruit people into their timeshares on the property. When we went to ticket desk it took 45 minutes by a nice enough salesperson to get our tickets because she kept trying to sell us the advantage of going thru one of their timeshare seminars. Which we politely declined 3 times before we finally got our tickets. The overall appearance is very nice, however if you are looking for a more adult only environment this is not the place. This resort is a very family friendly environment.

Nice hotel close to Disney.Posted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: We liked the close proximity to Disney.
Cons: Make the dining facilities more available to your guests. Twice during our stay we could not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was closed.
This is a very nice hotel, and it is close to Disney. The daily parking fee and resort fee will take a bite out of the pocketbook.

Nice tranquil resortPosted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: Nice scenery
Cons: Attitude of day planning dept.
Location: Not much walking distance, had to take a cab to go to restaurants, malls, etc.
The hotel is nice and so is most of the staff. I just ran into rudeness with the person they send you to for planning your stay, it wasnt the concierge but people who sell you tickets and try to get you into time share meetings. Once she learned we already had our tickets she was not a happy camper, I could not stand her. Luckily the nice people at the Tesoro restaurant made up for that when they accomodated our large party at almost closing time :-) We liked walking around the premises, enjoying their scenery, it was nice, quiet and pretty location. It was a bit rainy and cold during our stay, so we didnt get a chance to enjoy their pools which is a shame because they looked fun :\

Exceptional staffPosted Feb 14, 2014
Everyone here went out of their way to help during my stay. It's a modern hotel, very nice facilities, and the staff seems to take great pride in their work. With each person I passed thanking me for my stay and suggesting they hope I chose the hotel again.

Great ViewsPosted Feb 11, 2014
The room was very spacious. The beds are great after a day of traveling or walking around one of the parks. And the window are big enough to see Disney and the surrounding area. We will return.
