Very nice hotel I spent four nights there . $16 for parking each night, $18 for resort fees each night .So pay attention to the fees!

Great hotel, close to all of the Disney parks.

Pros: The pool area was great and beautiful. The workout facilities were clean and very complete.
Cons: Tough to improve on such a great place.
Location: Very close to all of the Disney parks and facilities.
The hotel was great and close to everything! It was beautiful and we would definitely stay there again. The pool area was awesome. It is nicer than the website pictures.

This hotel is excellent except transportation to places other than Disney is lacking.

great views on the pool side

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: It's part of a large resort complex with many buildings and lovely grounds. It's within the Disney Park boundaries, but not a Disney resort.
Cons: A lower self-parking fee.
Location: Disneyworld is adjacent. Typhoon Lagoon, Downtown Disney and Epcot are closest.
I checked in and didn't like the rumpled duvet and pillows so I called down and was given a better room immediately. I unintentionally left items in the closet upon check-out and and they were bagged and ready for me to pick up. My eight year-old daughter wandered off near the pool and security and the outdoor staff were alerted and supportive until I found her. It was a very nice stay once you get past the mandatory parking and resort fees totalling more than 40.00.

Nice place. Didn't like sitting thru the timeshare presentation.

There are probably better properties out there.

The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant. This hotel is on the same property as 4 huge timeshare buildings. While there are several pools to choose from they are all much too small for the number of guests. The restaurant Deap Blu Seafood Grill was very overpriced. The meals were good but nothing special. With the number of resorts in the area, I am confident we can find something that is of higher quality.

Pros: Room was spacious, live entertainment, swimming pools and scenery was beautiful.
Cons: Could use a small microwave oven in the room; I had left overs from dinner and could not re-heat the food.
My room view was disappointing, I had a direct view of the parking garage and the roof top of the vents and piping! I left the hotel for 2-3 hours upon return my room had not been cleaned, I had to request bed linen change. Final bill had been charged for room service from another guest, I waited 30 minutes to get it resolved.
