Last minute Disney trip

Cons: Bathrooms, linens. For sure new carpet.
Location: Disney very close.
Booked at the last minute. Nice lobby, shuttle to Disney was fine on the way there but on the way home very confusing. Don't know if that's the fault of the hotel or Disney transportation. All of the staff was great and gave us a coupon book right away, which we used. Make sure you walk to Downtown Disney if you go - it's incredibly close. The room was ehhhhh, ok. Kind of dingy. Bathroom was not very nice. Our AC didn't work and they fixed it right away, so they are very prompt. Very close to all things Disney but did feel like the linens and room needed work for the rate we paid.

Pros: Walking distance to Downtown Disney
Cons: Disney character breakfast needs to be a few more days, we didn't get to enjoy it because of the availabily.
Location: We spent our vacation at Discovery Cove and SeaWorld which were just about a 5 minute ride. Once again walking distance to Downtown Disney.
When we arrived it was very late and with 2 small children the check in went smooth. I had ask for a room by the pool and was told that I received an upgrade, which was in the tower. This was ok with us because it looked like they were remodeling some of the other rooms. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the idea that we could walk to Downtown Disney. The kids both enjoyed the pool but I could not believe they charged you for a pool toy. Go to a dollar store and purchase one than throw it away after your done. The only downfall would be the valet parking or do it yourself, it still cost you money either way?!

Cheapest Price, but Not worth it

The hotel was way outdated. The room opened up to the outside and we heard people talking and the elevator singing ALL night long. When showering, our tub filled with water up to our ankles and the shower head only came up to my husband's neck. He is 6'4. Only one room key worked after initial check in which made me return immediately to the front desk. There were several other people at the front desk being moved rooms or having other issues also. The hotel staff seemed very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is horrible. I now understand why I was able to purchase the rooms at 50% off normal price

Great location and amenities

Shuttles, restaurants nearby, local cabs with lots of area knowledge. So much to offer at the Wyndham! I've stayed here 3 times and will again.

It was good yp to 5:30 am when the air conditioner

The air conditioner went out at 5:30 am Wanted to send service men but I had three girls in their nighties stretched over the bed with no covers on them. It was very hot in the room.

Rooms are ok but could be cleaner and more modern. Elevator not working.

Worst hotel I've ever been to

It's funny how the room window can be seen through from the outside in at night while the inside could not see anything outside. It's like a two-way mirror. I mean the night lights were there for a reason, but we could not use them because they would enable others seeing us from the outside. The curtains were there solely just for decoration. They could not be used to cover the window. Additionally, the room smells like an old apartment.

Perfect for an off disney site hotel!

Everything about this hotel is great. The only thing is it does need some minor updating. Clean staff super friendly. Great location. Was unaware of the resort fee. A little pricey. Just stayed one night. So was unable to take advantage of the resort.
