Great hotel with a lot of things to do nearby

Posted Nov 26, 2014
The hotel staff were nice and very friendly. The hotel room was very clean which is something that I always notice right away. Manys restaurants around the area. Also many things to do. Good for night walks and sight seeing. Very comfortable bed too.

Nice hotel with great fitness center.

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: I appreciated the friendly staff. Also, it was nice to be so close to bus lines that went to various locations and knowledgeable staff about bus lines
Cons: It would have been nice to have internet included. It also would be nice to have shuttle buses that went to parts of Disney or the airport.
Location: Great restaurants, shops, and the convention center are close to the hotel.
We had a great stay. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were nice. It also had good availability and reasonable prices.

Disappointing hotel

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Expedia
Overpriced, not really any staff support, facilities are in reality a very expensive motel. No other incentives, such as free breakfast. The hotel charges in a unilateral manner $15+ dollars for extra hotel fees (internet and other things that you really never use)

Great location. Construction made parking a littfle tight. Room was clean and comfortable. Outside door to ice machine would not close all the way making requirement to use room key to enter null.

Not quite a resort!

Posted Nov 19, 2014
This sprawling hotel is a series of 2 story buildings on a lot wedged between three very busy streets in Orlando - International Drive, Sands Drive and Universal Blvd. With traffic fumes, and construction noise close by this location does not lend itself to a relaxing resort vacation that might be implied by the word "resort." The hotel was rooms were recently renovated and is clean and well done. Think CB2! You better be very ambulatory because getting to your room and up the stairs with luggage could be a challenge. I will say the staff was super nice and the price was right for what they were offering.

I was very disappointing, no microwave, no refrigerator, no carpet, no exhaust fan in the bath room, the picture on the internet was far more beautiful than what I saw in person come on now, please.
