The front desk staff was phenomenal. They mad us feel right at home. However, our room TV would not connect to the internet excluding any streaming service. the maint. man came to try and connect it couldn't . Airport trans was also good with a pack back bfast since we left before bfast was available.

It took 10 min or more for warm water to flow in the shower at 3 am. There was no warm water in the sink faucet either. The shower tap never flowed hot water. I asked for 2 non feather pillows. 2 pillows were delivered, but they were soft like feather pillows. I find charging for parking a car on site excessive. There's no garage; it's a ground level, flat lot.

Great staff, rooms, breakfast, and overall stay. Only less than 10 mins from the airport, and close enough to Universal. Parking charge is $14 is the only downside.

I liked everything about this hotel. Natalie Bastos at the front desk was sweet and helped us with everything. Shuttle was quick and drove to many restaurants as well as the airport. Lovely grounds and pool .

It was very difficult to get in touch with the facility by telephone for the entire day of my arrival day. The telephone numbers on the website did not seem to work or were perpetually busy even though I verified them with Marriott and with Expedia. It was very frustrating and not taken seriously by staff when I did finally arrive, paying for a taxi from the airport when a free shuttle was supposedly available, but no way to contact the hotel to ask for a pickup.
