Pros: the location only.
Cons: daily replenishment/cleaning of coffee supplies quieter air conditioner bathroom overhaul change toilet paper dispenser at least 4 bath towels
Very disappointed. For a newer building, the decor looked old and shabby. I had booked several months in advance for a king room. We were put into the handicapped room (405) without any notification. There was no bathtub and to take a normal shower, the water flooded the bathroom if I did not use the handheld shower head. Awkward when washing long hair. The bathroom could use an overhaul. The toilet paper dispenser was so tight, you couldn't get more than 1 square at a time. (Cost savings????). 2 small bath towels for showering was inadequate as one each to dry off and nothing for hair. The air-conditioner was right beside the bed and very noisy. The coffee pot was still dirty from the previous guest. I had to wash it before I could use it. The coffee supplies were not replenished daily, so there was no regular coffee in the room for the next morning. The bed was comfortable though.

Great comfy stay.

Location: This hotel is minutes away from fast food and sit in restaurants. Hwy near by as well.
Room was clean. Beds were comfy and had nice pillows. The pool is small but clean. Overall everything was nice and clean and staff was nice. I would stay here again if I came to the area.

Pros: close to the highway and a large mall... pretty comfortable for the price
Cons: shower was awkwardly laid out and despite my best efforts leaked water all over the floor..
Location: Place D' Orleans mall was a two minute drive as well as several Tim Hortons ...easy access to the highway
two day trip to see an Ottawa Senators game... the hotel was close to a big mall which was convenient and had easy access to the highway... some renovations done and it was generally OK but a little tired around the edges

Quiet place, comfortable room.

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: The proximity, near the main road as well as shopping area while being quiet at the same time.
Cons: Temperature of the water in the pool. More variety of fruit at breakfast.
Location: Near main highway, centrally located near shopping centers, etc...
We stayed only one night, pleased with the room and service. Continental breakfast was good. However, the swimming pool was cold and the spa was out of order.

One of two Hotels in Orleans

Posted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: Clean Comfortable Location/easy to find
Cons: Include closet space for coats and dresses better dispenser for toilet paper in bathroom
Location: Up until recently, this appears to have been the only hotel in Orleans. Unsure of things to do, as was visiting family.
My stay was short and sweet. My time here was what I needed - nothing fancy, but safe, and nice, and clean. You could tell that the room was a bit dated, but had gone through a minor "facelift". The bed was incredibly comfy! I was a little uneasy about having a room with a shared door - even though it locked, but I got over that quickly. My only real "negative" was the closet and the toilet paper dispenser. There was a space for a closet, but it had been turned into an open, half-closet with shelf. Bottom half. I had to rig one of their hangers to balance on a door hinge so that my dress and jacket wouldn't drag and wrinkle on the floor. And the toilet paper dispenser was so tight surrounding the toilet paper, that it wouldn't allow the rolls to move, therefore tearing each individual toilet paper square in half (not even a square at a time - so you ended up with mangled toilet paper) If I had been staying longer, or using my room more throughout the day, I would have said something. As I was basically only using the room for one night, I just let it go.
