“Very Clean”

The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was very good and served in a dining area which had an outdoor view where I enjoyed watching the bird feeders each morning. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The inn is very close to the Marconi and Nauset Light Beaches. My only complaint is that the price I was quoted by expedia in my confirmation email did not include tax and fee. When I got to the hotel my actual total was considerably higher than the total that expedia gave me. Additionally, while speaking to other guests, I learned that the were paying even less than the original rate i was quoted by expedia. If I had booked directly through the hotel I would have saved a lot of money.

“Nice Location; would go there again”

Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was right near the pool. It was clean and had room to store our bikes inside without them being in the way. I thought it was good for the price and what we were looking for in a hotel.

“the usual”

The hotel needed updating. Room was clean but needed some repairs. The pool was large but needed to be cleaned - which we did with the tools laying by it - to get the bugs and flies and leaves off the surface. It as very convenient and had lots of rooms. The breakfast was ok.
