Stayed for 5 days, overall stay is acceptable. Would like to commend friendliness of hotel staff. Breakfast buffet are great. High end mall, Podium across the street, 7-11 store and mini stop about 2 blocks where you can grab a quick bite i.e. sandwiches, rice toppings, toiletries. Did not like the room assigned to us its a junior suite, toaster set up so high as if to discourage use. Comes with small ref and microwave which is useful. Did not see anyone using the small pool, kiddie room unacceptable, as if no one maintains it. Book a room with city view but we were given a view of construction going on Podium and parking. I think overall condition of the hotel has deteriorated compared to last time i stayed there about 4 years ago. I would give an overall rating of 3-stars.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful and with avid security, you know you feel safe using the taxi, line up or not because they register the cub where they will drive you. housekeeping is always there for your needs. Food or shopping needs, Mega mall or Robinson is just around the corner and no need to take a taxi. Vira mall in green hills is just a short taxi ride from the hotel. The Hotel is very much in the heart of the city and half an hour away from the airport without traffic.

Metro Manila has expanded quickly in recent decades, and no place is better testament to that than the Ortigas Center, a residential, commercial, and shopping development that features skyscrapers, a 500,000-square-meter megamall, and dozens of restaurants and bars. Home to the headquarters of many firms, the center is now one of the Philippines’ major business districts.
