“EXPECTED MORE”

WE WERE 4 PEOPLE, ONLY HAD 3 SETS OF TOWELS, SO WE HAD TO CALL TO DESK FOR ANOTHER SET. PILLOWS WERE FLAT AS PANCAKES, NO EXTRA IN ROOM. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED--GENERIC CEREAL, 2 OR 3 DONUTS TO PICK FROM (AT 7:30-8:00.) GIRL AT DESK WHO CHECKED US IN WAS FAR FROM FRIENDLY AND DID NOT SAY ONE WORD ABOUT BREAKFAST IN THE MORINING, OR WHERE IT WOULD BE.

“Clean but smelly”

We were very excited to find a hotel that would allow us to have our pets in the room with us. The downside was we would have to stay in a smoking room. I thought how bad could it be? While the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory the cigarette smell was almost unbearable. I would've asked for a different room but because I had my dogs I would've likely ended up with another room in the same condition, so my family and I endured it. I later found out that this hotel does have 2 non-smoking rooms where pets are allowed but of course they were booked. We also read that there was a breakfast consisting of waffles, english muffins, doughnuts, juice etc. All that we saw were the doughnuts? If you plan to stay in this hotel, I would recommend staying in a non-smoking room and going out for breakfast?

“A good value”

I've stayed at this hotel before and probably will stay there again, if the opportunity presents itself. The room itself was clean and well maintained. Some of the outside areas are showing some wear (e.g. outdoor carpeting that is worn and torn.) The workers are very friendly and it is handy to have a simple breakfast available. Also, the price is good.

“It Met Our Needs!”

We needed to have a break and get away. Econo Lodge Lake Of The Ozarks truly met our needs! We wanted a clean, quiet and well located place where we could get out and shop and hike. This was the best! The people at the front desk were always helpful and willing to do what ever to make our stay happy! We'd definitely go back. (We already have once before.)

Their state parks and hiking trails were beautiful, in the fall and the summer!

“Very clean and pleasant”

Everything was great except for the double beds. They were comfortable but too small for two adults. They seemed more narrow than a normal full sized bed.

No Surprises, just the way I like it. I have stayed here at least a dozen times over the past 5 years and have never been dissappointed. There are many restaurants nearby. Even though it is right on the main highway the traffic noise doesn't seep into the rooms which makes for a good nights sleep. I will stay here again.

The hotel was an older hotel, but the room was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a no-frills place to sepnd the night.
