Staff was friendly upon check-in, comfy beds, great shower. Area was quiet so no loud noises waking you up early in the morning. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options, pancakes, toast, sausage, and yogurt just to name a few. Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Would stay again while traveling through the Ozarks.

The service was outstanding Miss Carla at the front desk, gave us all the information we needed, and did not have to ask gave us options for restaurants in the area. Just really, really happy with this.

Clean hotel, however the elevator isn’t available for the next two weeks. Also, the TV in our room wouldn’t turn on. We thought it could be the remote batteries. Asked the front desk for new batteries and they said they don’t have any. They also couldn’t send anyone to the room to look at the TV, or switch us rooms since they were booked. No concessions were made.

Booked king room got queen. Ice was upper level or lower level elevator out of order staff didn’t know which end of hotel stairs were. Had to ask for refund on room twice .

Very clean and the breakfast was very good. Lady working breakfast area did a great job and was very pleasant even though both mornings she was taking care of everything by herself.

This was an anniversary/birthday weekend. We were in bed and a man with a key to the room walked in. I called the front desk and the clerk said she would call me back. She never did. I had to get new keys for the room. The hotel did nothing to compensate us for their error.

They didn’t clean our room once in 3 night stay. Every time we went to grab some breakfast everything was gone and it was well before 9:30. No place to go sit outside, shady happenings in parking lot and no place to really go walk to for dinner etc. around it.

Good property.
Hotel overall was in great shape. Rooms were clean, nice and updated. Staff were also friendly. Property located in the middle of most attractions and easy to get to the rest.

The location was okay, but noisy with our room near a busy street. The walls were paper thin and we heard everything. Someone’s alarm clock woke us up at 5 am and kept going off at regular intervals making it difficult to sleep.

Stains on bed covers (we had to switch our bed spread with a new one from the housekeeping cart), poorly maintained pool area (there was a mountain of dirty towels when we swam), poorly stocked breakfast supplies (there wasn't any fruit or cinnamon rolls available during our entire stay).

Overall a good stay.
Comfortable, clean, safe. Elevators were down for repairs but fortunately stairs weren’t a problem for us as might be with an older guest. My only real complaint was that there weren’t bedside tables on the outer sides of the bed which was quite inconvenient! Nowhere to put drinks, glasses, book, etc when relaxing in bed. But overall a good stay and would stay there again.

They alloted a room in 3rd floor with no Elevator working, throught our 2 night stay its not worked. For Breakfast, they are just replacing Hot items( Omlett, hotdogs, biscuit side), no fruits are there and not replacing bread and cinnamon rolls.
